I have a family of five and I was charged gratuity %18 should be called extortion, food is not even that great. For great service, but I should not be forced to tip. Especially when I was just the evening outing with my family, not even extended family. My householdFor these reasons, I will not be back to support this small business.

Small little store front with excellent pizza. I love the potato pizza when on the menu. I think the pizza by the slice menu changes daily. My go to place when traveling up the 99. well worth the detour

The gnocchi was absolutely fantastic, some of the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve been to Italy). It was quiet and not too busy, so good atmosphere for a dinner, and excellent service. The cheese bruschetta and the beef minestrone were delicious starters.

I would not recommend this place to anyone ! THIS PLACE IS VERY RACIST , me and my wife were wanting to try out a new place for our anniversary, and we googled this place . We were not attended for 30 mins , watching as a “ specific “ ethnicity of people would walk in and get seated quickly . I would understand if this was a reservation restaurant but this was a self seating restaurant

The food was so good! Big portions and delicious! The bread and sauce for that was really different and I really enjoyed it. Service was ok. Our server was a little flustered but was nice. The look of inside the restaurant is cozy and romantic. We will definitely be back!

Place was empty, yet ask if I had a reservation. At the time I was eating there no one ever show up to eat so I was wondering why they even ask. The food was good, it was creamy and had a unique flavor to it. I order the chicken Alfredo which it shows at $15.99 but I was charge $48 for it. Don't know why. My mothers was $22.99 but was charge $37.99. Why such a charge up? Service was pretty good and consistent without being too pushy. I leave 3 stars because of the price adjust we got.

A very special place to enjoy an evening. Wonderful food and superb staff.
The service was good, but the prices were too high for some of the food not being good. There are other Itailian restaurants in Bakersfield that are better in my opinion. The eggplant parmasian was weird and not like any I have ever had, just not good. The pasta with red sauce it came with was meh, but the veggies were good at least. The My fiance got the beef stroganoff and it was amazing. For dessert we split the creme Brule and it was not good. The creme Brule had slimey texture and the sugar did not crack like any creme Brule I have ever had. I think we will only ever come back and order the beef stroganoff on a special occasion as it was $35 for a plate of it.

Have been here a few times and food and service was good. Not good after being seated, took 20 minutes to get initial order started, asked for bread and appetizer, and entree, crickets!! 45 min later, No acknowledgment nothing, asked another server what going on, we were first ones in the room and everyone else had received their meals and almost done, he said he would take care of it, 15 min later, nothing!Finally had and my family and walked out and told what appeared to be a main host that we were leaving and to cancel our order.I am all about giving grace, all we got was a “I am so sorry” I am disappointed nobody attempted to make it right.
