First time ordering food online, decided to download their app and place an order for the 2pc fish meal. Since it was my first time downloading the app it said I could get another 2pc fish combo for $5 but at checkout the coupon wasn’t working of course. So I decided to just pay full price for it so my little girl could eat as well. She loves the hush puppies here! I paid $32 and change for the two items. When I picked the food up, she forgot to give me one of the drinks that I ordered, I had to remind her there was an additional drink! Then I get home and I kid you not, both boxes had literally 5 pcs of waffle fries in them! The food was ice cold and to top it off my little girls box was missing her hush puppies!! Not a good day for us, we’re still hungry and out $32 bucks now! Food was disgusting wouldn’t come back here EVER! Just don’t go!!

Food was great a Lil disappointed they only serve 2 hushpuppies per meal also they had no ranch for sauce it is expensive tho was 14$ for a combo other than that great good just a Lil irritating the girl was mumbling under her face mask couldn't hear anything she was saying to me

Today I returned the tacos ? I asked for them to be given hot and they gave me cold ones, they wasted my time and they didn't want to heat them up, I don't know where you are going to eat cold food, I will never go back
I was given the wrong order and when I called there was no answer. The restaurant is approximately 10 minutes from my house a I believe the only one in Bakersfield, the cashier even went over my order twice and it was still wrong when I got home

Received cold food and when I. Went back to resolve the issue the employees acted very rude and refused to remake the food or give a refund. I would not recommend visiting this location the costumer service is horrible with manager who's been there for over twenty years you would think they'd have more integrity about their service.
