LongHorn Steakhouse Reviews
We were a Party of 2 who arrived at 3:33. Too late for lunch rush and too early for dinner. No employee acknowledged us at the podium until 3:55 to add our Party of 2 on a list. 11 tables were wide open at that time begging for diners. We offered to sit at the bar since wait time for an empty table was 1 to 1.5 hours. Another couple followed us. LOTS OF BARSTOOLS open but - No Bartender. The patrons worked together to locate and distribute menus ourselves to speed things along....read full review
First time ever at LongHorn Steakhouse and wow… they did not disappoint 🔥
I went big with an 18oz fire-grilled T-Bone, cooked medium (a RARE move for me since I’m usually a medium-well guy), and it was absolutely perfect. So tender I was cutting it with my fork—and that’s saying a lot because I love steak sauce… didn’t even need it this time 😮🔥
Paired it with the Steakhouse mac & cheese, which was straight comfort food perfection.

LongHorn Steakhouse offers a mix of good and disappointing experiences. The atmosphere is described as amazing, with attentive and friendly waitresses who make guests feel welcome and cared for. Many reviews highlight great service, especially from specific staff members who go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. For example, one waitress was praised for her personality and wit, making a busy night enjoyable, while another was noted for handling a minor issue professionally.
The food receives mixed reviews. Several customers enjoyed their meals, mentioning the ribeye steak, salmon, and the lobster and shrimp chowder as delicious. The baked potato was also appreciated for its size and taste. However, some dishes fell short of expectations. The New York with mashed potatoes was dry and bland, and the mashed potatoes seemed reheated. One steak was overcooked, and a friend's shrimp was over-seasoned. The fried onion appetizer and bread were generally liked, and the salad was called great.
The restaurant occasionally experiences long waits or delays, but some guests were seated quickly despite busy times. The bar offers limited whiskey, and some customers felt the cocktail selection was not extensive. Overall, LongHorn Steakhouse is praised for its atmosphere, attentive staff, and tasty meals, with a few mentions of areas needing improvement. Many plan to return, largely because of the excellent service provided by specific team members.
