First time ever at LongHorn Steakhouse and wow… they did not disappoint 🔥
I went big with an 18oz fire-grilled T-Bone, cooked medium (a RARE move for me since I’m usually a medium-well guy), and it was absolutely perfect. So tender I was cutting it with my fork—and that’s saying a lot because I love steak sauce… didn’t even need it this time 😮🔥
Paired it with the Steakhouse mac & cheese, which was straight comfort food perfection.

Waited five min to get seated. Got ignored for another ten minutes at the table. Seemed like every server and busser ignored us and avoided eye contact. Our server was great though she felt our dissatisfaction. 👍. Food was great. Friend’s shrimp was over seasoned for sure. If 4 shakes of seasoning was applied try 2 next time.
Mushrooms to start out, Old Fashioned made proper, 20oz ribeye steak a little over for medium rare but tasted great and the service was great. Thank you, Corbin! Great night out with the wife!
