I just purchased one churro. It was put in the microwave then deep fried and turned into leather! I waited way too long for this piece of dog food. Didn’t even try to eat this. It was hard and inedible. I will never go there again. Trash.

I have been going here for over 15 years I have noticed over the past there years they don't put the meat on my food something I pay for got a burrito tonight Chile Verde and it literally had 2 pieces of meat mostly sauce and rice I'm now going to get my meat on the side because this is ridiculous

Food was amazing but whoever the guy that worked thrusday at 1127 am was rude. Their Dr Pepper had no syrup so I informed him and he told me I needed to drink it faster if I wanted the flavor. I was in the drive thru for less than 10 minutes. Be nicer to people

I’m sorry but the new drive thru girl sucks. She needs to learn what the menu is and what combos come with drinks. My son did not get his drink for the little amigos meal. Nor was the drink option even mentioned.

I ordered a two item combo with NO BEANS in the drive thru. Halfway back to work I noticed the smell of beans so I checked and there they were. So I went back and told them I ordered NO BEANS and told them that I am allergic so they would have to remake my meal. I checked and it looked fine. I got back to work and started to eat but there was beans. They basically tried to wipe as much beans off as possible and give me the same food. Now I'm out $12 and not able to eat. I only have a thirty minute lunch and already had to use vacation time to make up for having to wait for them to remake my food. If I get sick from this expect a lawsuit.

I LOVED coming to eat here. The customer service was always pretty good and I always gave a tip afterwards. My recent experience here (August 28, 2025 around 2 pm) the customer service was WAYYYY off.
I ordered a mex burrito with NO guacamole (I'm allergic to avocado). When my order was ready the burrito was COLD on the outside and inside. Mind you he repeated the order to me. (Usually it's nice and hot and exactly how I ordered it.)
I went back to the counter and asked for a refund and left shortly after. I was really looking forward to my visit here but I will not be returning.
