I ordered the same roll I had multiple times in the past and it was terrible. Aside from missing several ingredients, it completely fell apart. I also ordered an appetizer and hot tea which never came.I will not be returning.

This place has been here in Bakersfield for a long time and I always come here whenever I want a decent sushi coz their portions are good and the price is right. I'll definitely come back to this place coz the servers are pretty nice and the sushi chefs. Definitely love this place! Try their Jins roll, Gangnam roll and the popular spicy baked salmon!

This was my first ever order from Love Sushi and I had never expected a sushi place to disappoint me like that but Love Sushi has definitely done that and then some. It was pretty clear that they don't want customers to come back. I had to pick up my jaw from the floor before eating the salmon teriyaki dinner because boy, that is not a dinner portion for salmon teriyaki. This was the leftover pieces of salmon from the corner of the storage to this box and sent it out to the customer. The tiny thumbprint amount for wasabi was not nearly enough for the sushi packed in the box and keep in mind I asked for some extra wasabi and ginger but like everything else, Love Sushi was determined to make things worse and disappoint the new customers. The colored ginger had lost its taste because of whatever pinkish-orange treatment it got. And if it's not clear by now, please allow me to state that it was an extremely horrible first experience and definitely THE worst experience from any sushi places I've ever been to.

Absolutely amazing service. Came in after being disappointed at couple other places and the young lady that was working sat us at a table and said I’ll be right with you. The chef behind the counter comes out brings us menus and takes drink order to help out which was great. Food was excellent and service was even better. Definitely will return. Thank you.

The food here was good, but they didn't have any real dinner or lunch deals. It would be better if they did. For example something like, "2 rolls for X dollars" The sushi there was yummy and they had vegan/vegetarian options. If you are into experimenting on food, they have some interesting combinations in their rolls. However, if you like more basic sushi it can be hard to find. The service was fine. The atmosphere mainly what I wasn't the most fond of. It feels very much like a sports bar, which is totally fine. I just wasn't expecting that when going into a sushi place. If that is what you are into though, then I definitely recommend trying it out! All around it was a pretty chill experience, I don't think I will go again, but it was good. I just have other sushi places in Bakersfield that I prefer more.Vegetarian options: They had tofu and veggie rolls

Let them know we were in a hurry. Wife had to be back in 30 minutes and they got us out 2 bento boxes and a roll real quick. We were able to eat comfortably and leave with plenty of time. Awesome awesome. Thanks!

The rolls are good, the service friendly. My only complaint is that I wish the tempura udon came with veggies instead of just simply broth and noodles. The tempura veggies on the side were good but missing shrimp like the picture. Overall, I think we will go again.
