First time here, definitely will come back again. Very friendly host and so attentive. Good food and not bad on prices. Also, a nice family vibe.

The waitress told me I couldn't bring my water bottle in. So I left. First breakfast place I've been to that they don't allow water bottles. On the other hand, I should probably thank her because I ended up at the Old River Grill and everything was excellent!

They were not busy when we walked in maybe 4 tables at the most. All booths were dirty, took a long time for anyone to greet you when we walked in, took their time to clean and seat us. Our server that we had seemed very confused, was slow and when we asked about an item she said I dont know and shrugged her shoulders.

Best dang Country Fried Steak I've ever had. Nice and tender and full of flavor. The buscuits and gravy were also excellent. Great staff with a friendly atmosphere. I'll be back.

The food is amazing and the staff is friendly but it seems they are always busy for such a small place. I tried placing an order in for pickup by phone and was placed on hold for well over 10 minutes. I ended up just hanging up and having my wife who was on her way already to just place the order in person. When she arrived 5 minutes later the place was not busy at all she said.

Maggie’s Sunrise Cafe now has two restaurants, the other one is behind the Black Angus restaurant on Rosedale highway.I ordered the hamburger patty and eggs. Comes with hash browns, biscuits and gravy.Biscuits and gravy were outstanding. Hash browns and eggs were good. Hamburger patty was not good. Not sure what they did or if it had been frozen and cooked in the microwave?Overall breakfast is good here, just stay clear of the patty.

In town on a travel assignment and stopped by for a quick breakfast. The raspberry ice tea was amazing, the food was delicious and my waitress Liz was exceptional. She helped guide us through the menu and everything she recommended was amazing. The homemade ranch was an added bonus. We need a Maggie’s cafe on the East Coast cause everything was BOMB!!!

Took the family here a few weeks back and fell in love with the place. It's our new, favorite, Sunday morning breakfast place. The servers are all really nice and the atmosphere is friendly and inviting.Just... hurry and get there early if you want biscuits and gravy. Twice we got there too late and they sold out, and for good reason!

I wish can’t give any star to this place I’m visiting my family here in Bakersfield i’m from Fresno came to see my parents take them out to have breakfast I was waiting for 25 minutes and they told me they need to clean a table I wait for another 20 minutes and nothing all I see a American family they seat them in less than 5 minutes I’m taking a really bad taste from this place

This place has great food, but I was highly disappointed in my order this morning. Ever since they opened I have always ordered the Maggie scramble. It has always come with cheese, avacado, and tortillas. However now, when you order online they want you to pay for everything that was originally included with the order. You are charged extra for cheese, to add avacado, to add tortillas too. Makes no sense to me. I literally got a plate with potatos, eggs, and chorizo. For $15.00 a plate, I would expect more. As I said before, previously all these items were included on the plate at no extra charge. Also, the picture on the website still shows the original plate they use to serve too. So maybe change the picture on the site so people do not get confused thinking they will get a nice good breakfast, only to be given potatoes, chorizo, and eggs.
