Service is always top-notch. The staff is attentive, friendly, and quick without ever making you feel rushed. It’s clear they take pride in what they do.

We’ve made this our go-to spot for family dinners, date nights, and celebrations—and it continues to deliver every time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality Mexican food with great vibes!

Mauricio's Grill & Cantina was a great experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was fast and friendly. I highly recommend the fajitas—packed with flavor and served sizzling hot. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you're craving quality Mexican food!

Relatives ordered take-out for a birthday lunch. I got the enchiladas de carnitas. Ate enough to be polite. Came down with a low-level stomach bug a couple hours later. Not how I was hoping to spend the rest of my birthday. :/ Putting that aside, here are my impressions of the meal:
-Enchiladas: Pork was on the dry side for carnitas – still chunky rather than falling-apart tender (as the menu description would suggest). This would have been OK if accompanied by a good sauce, however…while I generally love any type of tomatillo sauce or green salsa, the sauce on this was a rare exception – I did not like it. Struck me as bland, with a bit of an odd flavor to it.
-Rice & beans: Menu says, “Spanish rice,” but what I got was just plain white rice. I would normally prefer this to Spanish rice, but this was perhaps not cooked with enough water–was a bit dry– I didn’t eat more than a forkful. Didn’t have more than a couple bites of the beans, either – flavor was off-putting (lack of salt?).
-Chips and salsa: Credit where credit is due, the chips were good. Crispy, not overdone, with just enough salt. The salsa, however, had a faint, unpleasant vinegar note in the background.
-Overall, markedly sub-par food. You’re probably better off looking elsewhere. I know I will be.

Absolutely overpriced for the inedible, rotten,and tasteless food you serve. 3 people 100$ and no one ate. Lol to the staff I'm the one with the rotten tomato 🍅 in my salad that you scopped away while we were passing it around, and left a note on receipt.

Probably my least favorite Mexican restaurant I've been to out of the many I've been to in Cali. The food is meh, isn't nasty but it isn't really amazing. The atmosphere is also so….weird? The inside doesn't look like a Mexican place it looks like a dentist’s office or something. Genuinely was the most upsetting part about eating there. You would probably get more worth for your money driving up to the Antelope Valley than eating at this place.
