We got half of our order, and the staff made face when we requested the entire order. It took time to get them eventually. No excuse or apology given. Bonus: we got the code for the restroom.

I’m very familiar with the app. I learned the hard way that you need to add condiments to your cart. This store doesn’t care whether they’re added or not. The will not give you ketchup or bbq. Very frustrating.

I wish I could give this place negative stars for today's service. I' m typing this after waiting 15-20 minutes for my meal after they parked me. ABSOLUTELY INEXCUSABLE!
Truth be told, I rarely - if ever - eat fast food. But the other day I had a three hour glucose test in my third trimester of pregnancy. I had fasted for so long that I was trembling, and this seemed like the fastest solution. The drive-thru was packed, so I parked and went inside. It was amazed at how clean the establishment was - especially given how dirty it is in this area, and with the abundance of homelessness. CURTIS was the older gentleman working as the janitor. THIS MAN DESERVES a raise. He never stopped moving….cleaning, cleaning, cleaning and helping people with their orders on the machines (and helping pregnant ladies to their tables). What a fine, hardworking gentleman. In a world that seems to be full of slackers, Curtis was a refreshing sight. I will definitely come back to this McDonalds, and hope to see Curtis!
