Hate not being able to use my app coupons when I get a menu deal. Way to screw your customers. I don't care if it's corporate it's a horrible customer experience in the drive thru

My husband and I went in there to order two Happy Meals but asked beforehand to see what toys they had and they told us which ones. We placed two orders go get Happy Meals and received duplicates. We kindly asked the girl Julia if she could give us a different one and she refused. Didn't wanna switch it for nothing plus her attitude was nasty. We definitely won't be back at this McDonald's. Some people should not work in customer service.

The inside of McDonalds is good but I saw ketchup on the wall and none of the employees cleaned it and the floor is a little dirty

Terrible service at the drive thru!!!! Tried saying hello? And said again since no one answered.. then the lady said “hello hello helllooooo” with attitude and said everything sooo rude!!! She also said “we can spend here all day🙄” usually the workers start off with hello do you have a code. But definitely sounds like an older lady with no customer service!

The fraps on this place have not been on the menu for literally almost a year now .... Don't know they haven't gotten the machine fixed or replaced.... One associate was rude to me when I asked for the chocolate milk that I ordered for my daughter's happy meal.. management needs to step up and get things going specifically with summer 🌞⛱️ coming up fast
