McDonald’s, always good hamburgers, clean lobbies, friendly people. Variety d of people from different countries, prices very affordable, also, variety of food. I like to eat at McDonald’s specially my 1/4 pounds. Double beef patties, with cheese,lettuce, tomato and onion and my side dish French fries and soda( coffee or any other drink) thank you, for the good food.

After getting my order wrong nd having to come back a hour and a half later got served with a low key attitude from the manager after I asked for a drink for the inconvenience she gave me my drink nd slammed my straw down on the counter nd walked away with no apologies or anything like I did something wrong customer service by the manager is not there nd needs to do better

It’s not open 24 hours I just pulled up over there and it wasn’t open and it was all dark. Nobody was there.

I always have problems with their breakfast it is literally always cold. They do have amazing staff an super friendly an the lunch is always fresh but it's just the breakfast that throws me off

Food was cold and there were no signs stating you must order from kiosk. Service workers were rude and did not acknowledge customers. Kiosk would flash your order number for 1/2 seconds and did not say whether order was completed or not. All around poor quality

I went to the drive-thru for a big mac. The drive-thru was an extremely long wait. When I finally got to eat the burger I was disgusted, the patties look like they've been sitting under a burner and they were hard to eat

I ordered for delivery. I received my order they forgot my straws and cookies and more. I paid good money and I didn’t receive it . Service is poor I called multiple times with no answer. You guys need to work better on customer service.

The drive thru lady is rude and unacceptable for a service position. I told her my code and she asked what kind of coffee. I didn't order any kind of coffee and she didn't respond so I drove to the window to talk to her since I thought she couldn't hear me. Instead she was rude and hostile and said I shouldn't have driven to the window to tell her my order face to face! Then get the order correct! It's too early in the morning for me to be treated so rudely when all i was trying to do was order food for my child. She is terrible and not the 1st time. She doesn't even greet ppl she just rudely asks if using app. Then doesn't do her job correctly and freaks out about actually speaking to someone directly so the order is right. I left with nothing and she needs to be talked to. She gets paid how much now and she can't be civil? Do better or go somewhere else.
Ice cold food
Drive through was ful,l about to block traffic, so I went inside to order. One of the 2 order kiosks were broken so I asked if someone would take my order (manager of some sort). They told me to use the kiosk, informed them it was broke. She refused to take my order so I went to another mcdonalds.
Very poor service the old lady is very rude don’t know how to talk customer i have online order i walk through window there is time limit order is ready but they didn’t gave . Why they accept online order and she pass comment on brown skin does skin matter or humanity matter this big company and so poor service and behaviour

Hate not being able to use my app coupons when I get a menu deal. Way to screw your customers. I don't care if it's corporate it's a horrible customer experience in the drive thru
