Service has improved, most fast food places have replaced cashiers with app/kiosk ordering. Quite sad actually, less customization options. And food quality and value has gone down. Atmosphere is better also, because more staff is available to keep dining rooms clean.

Not sure why the US is still using processed egg patties instead of a real egg like McDonald's does as in Canada. Plus Canucks add a tomato slice and lettuce with the bagel egg sandwich.

This McDonalds needs a major overhaul. I had egg shells in my sausage mcmuffin. I understand accidents happen, but come on now. I think this is the third time they messed up my breakfast and refused to give a refund without returning the item. I don't have time to drive back to take a half eaten breakfast sandwich. Do better McDonald's, there was a whole damn shell in my mouth I had to spit out.

What’s the point of curbside pick-up if I had to get the food myself after waiting around 15 minutes while the restaurant wasn’t busy. My food was basically sitting in the kitchen ready to deliver, but nobody came to give it to me.

Then when I got home I realized they forgot my hashbrown( yes, it’s partially my fault since I failed to double check). Had to drive back and get it, and when it was all said and done, my food was already cold, a very disappointing experience

I am no longer going to this location ever again, instead I’ll be going to the one on white ln and Gosford.

Having been here about seven times now, I can only assume at this point that unbeknownst to the employees, their fry salt shaker dispenses no salt. Which both makes their fries absolutely awful (and McDonald's french fries are the only reason to go to McDonald's), and myself a moron for continuing to give them another chance after the third attempt.

I strongly recommend that you avoid this location, and find another.

I did a mobile order for breakfast, when I get in the drive thru they told me to wait on one of the waiting spaces, I waited for almost 30min (I came to Mc cause is a "fast food" restaurant). And when I get home, my order was incomplete smh very bad experience.

Entire order was wrong. There the sticker on the bag shows exactly what should be going inside that bag. Personally not sure how I ended up missing half my order and the half I did get was half wrong. This has not been my only bad experience that this location but it will be my last bad experience there.

They are fast, but they must be more careful when placing orders, there are several occasions when they do not deliver the complete order, check your order before leaving, something is almost always missing🥲

Dined in and waited over 20 minutes to get my order only after I asked what was taking so long. While waiting I watched everyone from the drive thru park and come in complaining about their order being cold or wrong. Insanely disorganized.
