If this is the McDonald's on White Ln by Hwy 99, it was awesome. My daughter and I went to 3 other McD's(PanamaLn, ColonySt, and Wible&Panama) to redeem our free Mcflurry coupons we got from the Condors game before we stopped here. Service was really helpful and friendly and the food was made fresh and delicious. Thanks McDonald's on White Ln by 99 hwy.

Favorite pitstop when traveling. Every time I come here the place is very clean and there’s plenty of seating available. They changed the restrooms though so you need to have a staff member buzz you in. Besides that,the people working here are very friendly and helpful and will come out if they see that you’re struggling with the food kiosks. I’ve watched them help other elderly customers and it’s always refreshing to see people taking pride in their work and offering great customer service. Never had a bad experience here. Also the foods always hot and fresh which is nice.

They doubled the price on all their foods! They had NO deals. My eyes and ears are bleeding!! The atmosphere outside smelt like cow dunk. They gave no sauce for our fries. The only upside is the light up tables that they have.

Sanitizer Dispensers are only hanged but no sanitizer inside ever, when requested staff said they don't have, better to remove the dispensers also if don't wanna refill them.

Went to this McDonalds today 12/27/23. I have been there MANY times as it is a half way stopping spot on our journeys. Today-they REFUSED to take my order in person. Had to have other customers tell me you can now ONLY use the automated kiosks. I Hate the kiosks and would not use it. Went through drive through so they would Have to take my order. A Quarter pounder w cheese meal, medium size w a CHOC shake. The girl at the 2nd window gave me the shake and told me to pull into spot number 6 and they would bring the rest of my order out. I immediately parked in spot 6 and waited 20 minutes for my food-while EVERYONE ELSE who came after me in the drive thru had long since left. I went in to ask what the heck happened to my food and they actually said “we went out there but couldn’t find you”. I pointed out the window to my white van-in spot #6- that HAD NOT MOVED since I pulled in from the drivethru window! They were sarcastic and tried to blame Me! I thought I was being Very Patient waiting 20 minutes before going in to complain!!
