They forgot our food and cooked our food badly our chicken nuggets were not cooked throughly and the manager never came we ordered 4 happy meals and they forgot 2 of our chicken nuggets also they didn’t believe me when we tried to tell them also this has to be one of the worst McDonalds in Bakersfield

This McDonald’s is the rudest establishment literally with no customer service skills at all! How do you forget people’s food expect them to come back and get it and be and be happy about it!!! Aside from giving them the missing item you should always offer them something for their inconvenience as a courtesy for making them come back!! It’s called treat people how you would want to be treated!!

Went today to get a 20 piece my chicken nugget had a hair inside the chicken nugget , so it wasn’t the staff it was the manufacturer, manager told me I can go back and get another 20 piece

I had a random craving for a McChicken so decided to order a few from Mickey D’s. I placed an order through the app, and due to the Condors winning was able to get a free order of a 10-piece McNuggets. When I arrived at the drive-thru I asked for my food freshly dropped, and the cashier said no problem. However, when I checked the food before eating it was not freshly dropped as freshly dropped McChickens you can def tell the difference and they are warmer. The sandwich was messy as lettuce was all over the place. The nuggets were on point however. The lady at the 2nd window was friendly as well and gave me a few of the hot mustard I asked for without charging which was a plus. Will go back to give them another chance to get freshly dropped food.
Employees need to be checked. They never get orders right. My husband went and got food for my kids. They didn’t make chicken sandwiches plain like they were ordered to be. They didn’t give him the second happy meal he ordered. When he asked about it employee gave attitude say that she gave him all the food. This location needs to be shut down.
Don't buy here the service is terrible I'm always missing something when I order takeout the coworkers don't know how to organize when something happens they don't know what to do the stupidest thing I've ever seen (in the last 10 times I've come they never give me the order correctly

So I came to this restaurant it’s 10:49 in the morning the I used the kiosk and the lady who was giving out the food was super rude she was just calling out random number's. The service here sucks I don’t think I be returning the food is great but McDonalds you need to reselect the people you employee. Horrible customer service..

Order my food through the mobile app at 5:17 and did not receive an hour later. I called the store and they would answer and hang up on me. They act closed when the app allowed me to order.
