Don’t come to this mcdonald’s. I just ordered from doordash and when I got my food, my 2 cheeseburgers were rock hard and my Large caramel coffee didn’t have the things I asked for to be put into my drink. My drink tasted like plain black coffee with no cream or caramel syrup. Don’t recommend. It’s always this mcdonald’s that don’t know how to make things.

Restaurant missed an item on my order through the app.Was instructed by their own Mc Donalds app to call the restaurant if an item was missingGeneral manager Emma was rude, condescending and did not know the proper steps to take when a delivery item is missing from an order. She kept trying to talk over me over the phone before I could let her know what happened and hung up on me.Told me to take it up with uber eats when it clearly states on the app to take it up with the restaurant.General manager made it seem like she was doing me a favor by making the order right.Lack of accountability and professionalism.General manager Emma need better training on how to deal with paying customers.I feel sorry for all the employees there that have to deal with that woman on a daily basis.Hope she gets better training and some anger management classes.

They never have ice cream. If we go late they says they are already cleaning the ice cream machine and if we go in the middle of the day they says the machine is broken. We always ask for no pickles and we always get them with pickles.

their drive through hours are open 4 am but i have stopped 3 days in a row around 4:45 amno one listens to the drive thru mic/screen, no one comes up to the window the lady just seen me and ignoredwhat is the pooint of saying 4 am when you really not openthis the only option that early in the morning and they dont even care

Why does the meat not like get old if you leave it out forever , that's a little weird don't you
I always go to this McDonald's at this location to get food because of my kids.And today was the last time we consume food from this location because of horrible customer service by the Manager on the night shift. I went thru drive thru placed my order and got no fries with my happy meal for my son. I get home sat on the table there get ready to eat and noticed my son is missing his fries. I went back to this McDonald's which is a couple of miles away had to go thru drive thru again because their lobby is always closed and asked if I could get a large fry in compensation for them wasting my gas and another 20 minutes of my time having to go back. And the manager told me that the only he could do was replace the small fry. The manager doesn't realize that we eat out a lot and doesn't know they lost a good customer due to a few fries. So now I will drive further out to another McDonald's to get my food.Thank you night shift manager doing a good job pushing away good customers for McDonald's at this location.?

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!They will steal your money. They direct you to customer support and they will direct you to the restaurant neither offering refund! It's a cycle of bad business practices. This location needs to be investigated ASAP! Franchise owner and managers are running shady mcds that don't operate at official business hours, direct refunds to online support when they will direct you to the location clearly something weird is going on. Avoid! They lock the diner doors or don't even run drive thru even tho it should be open! mcdonalds.com/us/en-us/f…Everyone report this location so they get investigated.
