If I can give zero stars I would. I placed an order with the McDonalds app. Took forever to bring out my order, and didn’t even receive the full order. I tried calling to talk to a crew member and no one answers the phone .

Terrible customer service , i went there for breakfast and ordered egg mcmufin without meat/bacon n ended getting half of them with sausage n the other 2 it was removed from them by hand..the sandwiches were extremely cold….outrageous And prices were also ridiculous instead of 2 for 6 they were about 8 each

I went to this location during rush hour waited 10 minutes in the drive-through just to pay and when I paid, The worker was very nice, but when I got my order after another 10 minutes of waiting, I noticed I was missing multiple items. The manager who I talk to, was not helpful at all and didn’t give me the items I was missing. They were on my receipt too. I didn’t catch his name, but he was super tall and big Hopefully, the owner sees this and retrains their managers to act correctly. Horrible service Dear owner, please get better managers.

Do not order a happy meal from this location I haven't gotten one correctly made yet last week they forgot my sons toy the week before that they forgot his fries and today they forgot his apple slices 10/10 would not recommend.

Big Macs were thrown together and the amount of sauce is crazy like it’s so much sauce…you either get no sauce or you get enough for two burgers…fries seemed like they were from yesterday but reheated to barely warm…tasted like card board.

Worst customer service ever. We've given them a dozen chances but now we go to a different mcdonalds even though this is the closes. Employees hate there job, aren't helpful, foods always cold. And they want $20 for doing bare minimum. No!
