The parking lots are very small. There was an accident today, a truck hit a Toyota Camry. The two didn't fit together. They need to widen each space. There are two spaces on the sides. These can be used to widen the spaces for numbers 1 through 6.
Found a long black hair in burger and found upon biting into it....

I ordered the new "Barbecue Bacon Double Quarter Pounder" that is advertised in the mcdonald's app last night. I left the drive through lane and checked my bag receipt, it said barbecue bacon double quarter pounder, the grill sticker on the box said the same thing.
When I got home and unwrapped everything... No barbecue... No bacon... it's just a plain quarter pounder, cheese only.
Unfortunately, the local franchise owner of the restaurant has no desire to be contacted. As soon as I got home and found out that the order was wrong, I tried to call several times. The primary number for the business on the app and email receipt they sent me is what appears to be a cell phone, which will not accept messages because the voicemail was never set up. I have tried again today several times with no contact. This is a common occurrence at this franchise, as everybody in our surrounding neighborhoods knows. If you're taking your order home after you get out of the drive through, you should go to the parking lot, dump your entire order out and open every sandwich to make sure it's prepared right and that it's the correct sandwich at all. Not to mention that there are almost always assembled sloppy. It does not matter if the condiments are in the bun or not, if most of the ketchup or mayo is on the paper and not in the sandwich, just wrap it anyway so it's smeared on the outside of the bun. Then, when the customer leaves and finds out... don't answer the phone! Oh, and make sure NOT to set up your voice mail on the store main phone so it CAN NOT accept messages. No management. No quality control. No pride of workmanship.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. It’s not just one time but it’s every time the manager should be fired and a new manager should be put in there that can do their job. They gave me a hamburger with ketchup only when I supposed to get a Mc double they’re not smart there. Corporate needs to come down and fire everybody and start over at that McDonald’s.

I had a large order I went home and didn’t have the main course of my kids meal they only got a box with 4 chicken nuggets and cold steal fries. I have 4 teenagers that eats more than that. We went right back the lady at the window said she gave us all of our food and had a nasty 🤢 attitude. I worked a long shift today and I was too tired to cook and McDonald’s didn’t do me any justice at all they wasted my time and money. I had to go to Burger King and spend more money to make sure my children eat. I will never ever go back to McDonald’s again I always thought customers was always right. I hope they enjoy them burgers that we didn’t get… From a upset Mother that tried to just feed her children. Next time you go to this McDonald’s make sure you check your bags.
Was there around 1030pm, drive thru was packed, and moved really slowly, took almost 30 minutes before i got to order. When i did get to the menu board was broken, i ordered a cheeseburger happy meal with no pickles and extra onions, and since i couldn't see the order, couldn't tell that the person put it in as extra pickles no onions. When it was read back to me it sounded correct, but they said it so fast i didn't catch it, as i had also ordered other items, which were also made incorrectly.

Did not receive my food at all. Ordered for counter pickup tonight, got to the mcdonalds and the drive thru line went out to the street. The doors were locked it was only 830ish. I had to return my daughter to work without lunch. Could not get a refund on the app because I was already at the restaurant. Employees can't think outside the box and toss it out the window. I NEED A REFUND FOR FOOD I DID NOT RECEIVE! Employees blamed it on the managers for not scheduling enough Employees.
