I want to give a shout out to the staff here both guys and gals I arrived for a quick bite on my lunch hour and was greeted by one of the most friendliest guy who was honesty amazing. After waiting on him for a few minutes because he was running orders outside handing out orders to rude uber guys and then finally taking my order which I totally understand mind you i had a big complex order for me and my office now in my opinion I felt the need to write this review to not only thank the staff but also kinda state a personal opinion after witnessing what appeared to be a Hindu guy yell at a female manager for his order mind you he wasn't the only one there or the first one either but was screaming for his order this people are soo rude and walk past the customers literally almost pushing them out the way other then that awful experience I ate my meal and left where I was almost ran off the road by said Hindu guy I was kinda glad that a police officer was riding by and promptly pulled him over shout out BPD !

Every time I come here, something is wrong. If I order fries with extra salt, they have no salt whatsoever. And forget about adding anything to an item, you've got about a 25% chance of it actually being there.

Worst service in any foodservice spot in Bakersfield. Maybe if they had 1 person helping the customers instead of everyone hiding in the back to purposefully not attend anyone it would be slightly better

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The manager and one of the workers were extremely rude and unprofessional. They showed no respect to customers and didn’t handle the situation properly. I expect better customer service and attitude from McDonald’s staff.

How do you mess up twice? Ordered a double quarter pounder. Basic. Nothing special. Came with one of the patties all messed up. Asked for a remake. Waited what felt like 15 minutes. Finally got it. It had bacon. Nothing wrong with bacon. But not what i ordered. Asked for a refund at this point. Got attitude asking if i wanted that or a remake. My gf answered said remake. Finally got it after another 10 minutes. Not coming back to this one.
I placed an order on the app they took my money and didn’t give me my food they now said that I have to wait a week or more to get my money back mind you this is the only money I have until I get paid and i was buying my kids some food come on McDonald’s you could’ve easily gave me my order coming a few minutes late shouldn’t be a problem if I paid for it already this is the second time something happens at this location horrible!

I almost never review a McDonalds location, but I HAD TO make an exception for this one!! Whenever we go to McDonalds, it's usually because our son talked us into it, but this time it was just a matter of convenience. We were planning on getting some items from the Asian Market nearby, and it happened to be lunchtime. We decided to grab something quick, and get to shopping. Not only did we receive immediate service in placing our order, but they got our order right THE FIRST TIME!! I know it sounds like I'm being cynical, but in all seriousness, I couldn't remember the last time ANY McDonalds location hadn't messed up SOMETHING in our order. It's partially our fault, because we're kinda picky, and make certain substitutions and additions to our food items. I.e.: no pickles, substitute bun for one without sesame seeds, add Mac sauce to QPC etc... So, it kinda WAS a big deal! Not only that, our order was delivered to our table just as we were sitting down!! Amazing!!! Not only that even, but our fries were piping hot, burgers actually looked like they do on the commercials, soda was perfectly carbonated, and believe it or not, their ice cream machine WAS working! I can honestly say, I've NEVER been impressed by a McDonalds location until now! This is now my absolute favorite McDonalds location on the planet! I don't know who manages this location, but they deserve an award, and should probably be designated to go around to all the other locations and show them how to do it right! Also, the entire place was spotless! There was a sweet old Hispanic lady going around cleaning, and she even scrubbed the underside of the tables!! THAT lady also deserves an award! 🏆 I'm telling you, I was MIND BLOWN!!!
***Edit*** I went and read some of the other reviews on this location, so I figured it might be important to mention, we went on a Friday (Aug 15th) around 1:00pm. So YMMV depending on the day, but MY/OUR experience was spectacular!!!
