My husband stopped there on his way to work not only were the employees absolutely rude, but when he changed his mind item, they refuse to give him a refund and on top of that for the small little item such as a hash brown they were gonna make them pull to the front and wait 10 minutes for a hash brown so when he said OK, never mind give me my money back on the hash brown. They refused that is the worst customer service ever do not go here. The manager needs to control their people and how they talk to others and treat others. You are in the fast food industry. It’s all about customer service you guys show no customer service.

Bad service my food took 25 min to get. Then it took them 5min to get me napkins and ranch. They were so focused on the drive thru that the people inside had to wait. Plus it was really cold in their🤦♀️ might aswell have eaten outside.

I know you’re never expecting much from McDonalds but this one is awful all around. The staff does not care about you or your order, the food is terrible, and the wait time for your order is insane. It took 30 minutes for my order to be ready the other day and there was a mob of other customers waiting as well and not a single employee would even look at anybody or ask what they are waiting on. By the time I actually got my order it was a disaster, the burger was half wrapped with condiments all over the side of the burger and the nuggets weren’t crispy at all. The next day I tried to mobile order a hash brown at 10:20, and they canceled my order because they switched the menu apparently, but that doesn’t happen until 11. Just avoid this place.

So disgusted that they have now totally thrown out customer service. They make you use the stupid kiosks that take way longer than just someone taking your order and money. They now have the cashier helping everyone at the kiosk. Stupid. This one no longer offers senior coffee. You have to ask for everything because there is no self serve for condiments, napkins, straws, salt, etc. we will never be back.

It's never open on time. I work nearby, I get off at 5, I go around 5:15 or 5:20 to pick up my order that I placed on the app, and nobody helps me. They're always hiding behind the counter. I've seen them, and it's happened several times now, and it's money that the app won't get back.
McDonald’s Really nice and calm place, especially in the morning. There aren’t many people inside, so it’s peaceful if you want to sit and enjoy your meal. The drive-thru can get busy, but it moves fast and the service is reliable. Overall, it’s a clean spot with a good atmosphere and quick service—definitely one of the better McDonald’s locations to stop by.
