Came here at 1:30am the doors were locked was in the drive through for like 5 minutes even though it says 24 hours one of the employees locked eyes with me while standing outside went back to her phone she look real sad. Im never coming back

Everything is great but service at the drive thru just takes wayyy too long, cars be getting packed almost around the traffic light, is just bad because there's been many time where I have bought through drive thru and I get stuck in here for about 10 to 15 minutes, or even more.

I use the mobile app to order my food and it sent me to a 30 minutes Drive from where I was I had my location on. The nearest McDonald's from me was 5 minutes I've called to ask for my refund and it's going to be 2 months already. They keep telling me that I'm going to get a call back until this day which is September 29th 2025 I have not gotten any phone call. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor or a manager I was not transferred. I've had three other people tell me that the same thing happened to themin so I recommend you guys do not order from the mobile app I tried to cancel my order but it wouldn't let me.

I waited 5 min and no one made eye contact it's like I wasn't even there. I walked out and ate some where else. I ordered a big Mac combo large and my fries was half full so it was a medium and sweet tea wasn't even sweet. Go to the one on Niles and Oswell the crew there is better.

This is now the second time I’ve had to write a review because once again my mobile order was wrong. I always pay for my sauces, yet they are never included in my bag. Today I checked before leaving, and once again they were missing. I had to go out of my way to go inside and let the staff know.

When I brought it up, instead of simply correcting the mistake, both the employees and the manager argued with me about the sauces—even though I had paid for them. They questioned how many bags I received and insisted they had given me everything, which was not true. I had paid for three ranches and only received one.

This is not just about the sauces—it’s about the repeated inconvenience of having to interrupt my plans and run late because my order is not fulfilled correctly. On top of that, the customer service today was completely unprofessional. The manager gave me an attitude and, instead of handing me the items respectfully, tossed them at me. That is unacceptable.

I understand that the store gets busy and that staff have a lot to manage, but customers also pay for their food and should receive what they ordered without being questioned or treated disrespectfully. At this point, I am seriously considering not returning to this location because of the poor management and lack of professionalism.

I really need to contact someone higher up about this issue, because the way I was treated today should not happen to any customer.

terrible service, drive thru older lady taking the order always giving attitude and never welcomes anyone at all. all i did was order a drink and she sounded like she wanted to beat me up for a simple drink. imagine a long order.
