Very very bad experience at this location. If I could give a 0 I would. If you’re looking to eat at a McDonald’s go anywhere but this location. Me and my family went here today (Sunday) during a road trip, and we had to use the bathroom and get some food. So, I went over to the lady at the cash register. She was short, and she was wearing a neon yellow/green vest. I think she did curbside pickup and she had a red cap on as well. I said “Hello can you please open the bathroom, or give us the code?” And she said “When it turns green you should be able to enter.” I said “Ok thank you!”. I made my way to the bathroom and she doesn’t unlock it I try to open it up it doesn’t and I wait for 15 minutes straight. I go back to the cash register and ask for the manger because this wasted my time. And I was trying to explain to the lady that oh like you guys made me wait and can I speak to the manger and she was smiling and giggling and laughing at my accent. So racist. Fast forward the assistant manger comes since the manger was not there. The assistant manger’s name was Bobby. She wouldn’t pay attention and just made me feel like I was talking to myself and kept cutting me off in the middle of a sentence. The employees are rude, racist, and should be fired immediately. This was my experience at this location and will be my last here. Please do not come here.

What is up with this location seriously? If I ask for a modification they refuse to “open” a bag. They don’t even pay attention to the add ons I pay for. This has to be the worst management in Bakersfield. I’ve been to many and this location is very different in a bad way. They need to fix their team. Specially the manager. Such lazy people. The reviews on here are true and honest.

I like this place usually not everywhere it has to do more with cleanliness with me, and how you treat your customers. I have been treated very well here the food is very fast, the only thing is on a Sunday I was leaving this place and I saw a homeless man lighting a paper plate on fire right in front of the door, I got to turn it off but he is usually always in that place I don't use the restrooms there for the same reason I always find them in that place and they leave a mess.

Stale fries, stale sour tasting buns and the people working here had a foul attitude. Ordered extra pickles. Told her I literally want at least 8 extra pickles. I don’t care if they charge 25 cents a pickle, I just want a lot of them. Got 2 and half on my burger. Husband goes inside and they catch an attitude over him asking for extra pickles…. that we paid for. Had to see the receipt, like okay. Are people really out here lying about ordering extra pickles? Is this an actual issue? Or can their employees not hear. If they want to charge per pickle and be the pickle police, fine, but give people what they ask and pay for. Glad I’m only passing through.

This is usually my go-to spot, which is the closest McDonald's. To my house, but today, for some reason, it took them 20 minutes to make my order . And I kept on getting weird vibes from the women in the back
Big Mac was okay. It was a little dry fries. Didn't have much salt but the Dr. Pepper was fire though

Drive through girl was very rude, we were picking up food to deliver to someone else, and the lobby was locked. We chose to drive up to the window and the drive through girl actually made us go back out to the speaker, to say what we were there for! So not only were there others in line at that point, but it caused our delivery to be way later than it should have been! (We were delivering for ubereats), and the girl was power tripping or having a bad day, because she refused to hand us the bag then and there until we said it through the speaker instead of in person. But the food we have got at this location is always great. Fresh and hot and cooked perfectly so if you eat there you won't be disappointed with the food!

I don't understand why McDonald sell McFlurrys if they don't have the machine to mix it. I ordered a mini McFlurry and when I got it it wasn't mixed. Ask the person who prepared it why it wasn't mixed and she gave me the excuse that they don't have the machine. I know this is not true and she just didn't want to clean the machine. Just laziness. Then I tell her I want it mixed like it suppose to be so she grabs a dirty spoon from off the drink station by the blender and uses that to mix my McFlurry. A dirty Nasty spoon and when she gave it to me that's what I loked like.
