Rude staff, gave bad instructions to park in a spot they told the car ahead of us. Rude kids asks loudly and direct "what's you ordered " . After getting the food and getting home i see what they gave me for a large fry looks like a small in actual fill.

Management down all the way to the employees what's the use of ordering ahead of time on Rewards program if the employees can't get their act together 10 minutes later. Management needs to be fired or get with the ACT
This McDonald's is the worst McDonald's in town. This franchise owner needs to get this McDonald's taken away. I believe he has another location off of Allen and Rosedale.
Anyways, we only come here due to the location and it being the only McDonalds nearby. Each visit is horrible. All the young employee's here don't take pride o
in having a job period. They are rude, not well trained, and are always consistently bad. Me and my boyfriend always laugh how extremely bad it is. It all comes down to Management, and then Franchise owner.
One time, they handed us a totally melted ice cream. Melted! They could have said "look our ice cream machine isn't working, would you like a refund instead or another item?".
Another time, the employee threw our items in the car. What the hell?!
Third time, I got a drink shoved over to me.
They always give you inconsistent items.
The food hear is horrible, it tastes like it's been sitting out forever and tastes old!
I'm not sure who hires all these kids. They should stop and actually interview young adults or adults who want to have a job, take pride in their job and respect the general public.
I hope one day this franchise owner gets audited in one way shape or form. This place is a joke 😃 😀 ðŸ˜ðŸ¤¡

I have some concerns about this McDonald's. At approximately 9:50 PM on Thursday, 10/3/24 we placed a mobile order. The individual working on the speaker seemed extremely confused as to how to take mobile orders, which beverages were in stock, how to process transactions, and was unable to provide accurate receipts. The individual became audibly frustrated when we mentioned we had a mobile order. The individual then accused us of cashing out the order. After we explained how to accept a mobile order, the confused individual stated the beverage we ordered was not available without providing an alternative. Once again, we needed to explain how to process our order and switch the drink. At this point we get to the first window, the individual is now visibly upset and continues to repeat that our previous drink is not available. We were happy with the alternative we requested and at no point asked for the previous beverage. From then the individual gave us our receipt. Lo and behold, it is the wrong receipt. After getting the individuals attention and asking for the correct receipt, we were met with a rude attitude. The individual took on narcissistic tendencies and refused to admit they gave us the wrong receipt. I have never been met with such attitude over a simple error at a McDonald's. The individual made us feel less than and walked away, visibly emotional, without acknowledging us. The individual at the second window stated that the original beverage choice is available. I am not sure why the first individual was extremely adamant that the beverage was not available when the 2nd individual stated it was. The was the oddest, most embarrassing, and dumbest trip to McDonald's we've ever had.

On the app and the website it says most locations are open 24 hours, but when we arrived they were closed. Please update your hours.
I came in ordered and got my food by a lady she had a long mad face and it was so dark and hot in there never coming back here again.

MCDONALDS NEED HELP!! I ORDERED THE SMALLEST MEAL EVER AND IT TOOK THEM 40 MINUTES TO GET MY MEAL. I HAD TWO ITEMS AND EVERYONE ELSE WHO GOT HERE AFTER ME RECEIVED THEIR MEALS BEFORE ME AND THEY HAD A LARGER ORDER. 1 STAR

I really don’t like this place. If it wasn’t for my kids and being so close to my house I’d never go here. Just so everyone knows if you want a shake and you’re ordering on the app. 9 times out of 10 the app will say sold out but most of the time they just have it marked as sold out but it actually isn’t. Every single time I have tried to order a shake on app it says sold out but then I go inside and order and sure enough they aren’t sold out. So I asked one time why it always says they are sold out on the app so I’ll come in and check and they are available and the lady says nothing just goes to the computer and makes them available on app again and walks away. I guess they don’t like making shakes so they just make them unavailable so ppl can’t order. Isn’t that like causing the store to loose money? Very frustrating.
Another time I’m waiting in McDonald’s for my order and I see this little blonde hair girl take someone’s order outside. Was out there for about 5 mins then comes back in with that same bag of food and she took it out of the bag and put it back under the heat lamp where they grab everyone’s order from. Idk how some people feel but I think that is so nasty. I mean how did the people who ordered know it wasn’t the right order if they didn’t open it and touch it and then realized it wasn’t theirs and told her so she brought it back in to get the right order and then she put it back in the pile where everyone else’s order is to give to the next person that orders a cheeseburger. That is so gross to me. Idk where those people’s hands have been at. That’s disgusting. Come on. Obviously it’s McDonald’s so you can’t expect a whole lot of quality but they can at least make sure it’s clean and not handled by randos. Guess now I know why the food is never fresh. I always go inside now to order and always order special so they have no choice but to make it fresh so I don’t get someone else’s old wrong order. This place has terrible customer service. Worst McDonalds I have ever been to.

National cheeseburger day and they are advertising EVERYWHERE that it is 50 cent double cheeseburgers. Take the kids and everyone orders double cheeseburgers. They say we need the app. Ok fine…it didnt say that anywhere but fine. Download the app. Order 6 double cheeseburgers, a chicken sandwich combo, 2 sundaes and a mcflurry. Pull up to pay and they say only one double cheeseburger for 50 cents per order! NOWHERE does it say that. I cancelled the order and got one double cheeseburger for my son, since he had been promised it since the morning. Then drove to CHILIS! Better food, better attitudes, better service! Spent less than we would at McDonalds. McDs has false advertising and lost my business for good. EXTREMELY disappointed.

I went thru the drive thru I wanted a regular ice tea the employee told they didn’t have any , but as I drove up to the window I seen employeees pouring regular ice tea. That’s horrible! For 20.00 hr your employee should be more knowledgeable
