I always order on the app and I’ve gotten the correct order maybe once. Something in my order is always wrong and/or the food isnt fresh and/or the staff are rude when I get there. Can always count on at least one of those things happening. Probably one of the worst McDonald’s.

Ive ordered an Ice Carmel macchiato every once in a while, and 3/4 times it was made incorrectly. While this is fine, human error is normal. I mentioned it and they closed the drive tru window. I just wanted Carmel in my Carmel drink.

The managers and staff are horrible.They're very dirty , loud and they don't pay attention to their customers. They hire people that are just hanging out instead of doing their job. Even the managers are there , laughing , super loud and not paying attention to the customer.

We waited 30 minutes for 1 McChicken and Tea. The tea had lemonade mixed in. Yuck! 30 minutes for the wrong stuff

This was truly disgusting. I barely ate all day and I came at about 6 in the afternoon to get some food. I ordered the chicken tenders.The service was really slow but I got over that. I mean I barely saw 3 people working so I don’t blame them. What I do blame them for is the food. As soon as I opened my chicken tender box, long blond hairs are on the tenders. At first I didn’t look because of how hungry I was so I just took a huge bite. It also tasted odd. I looked down and saw a bunch of blonde long hairs in the box. I was disgusted. Plus this is one of the only McDonald’s in town where their ice cream NEVER works. And when it does I ask for extra caramel if it’s possible on my Sunday, paying extra for it. These people don’t even put any caramel. Not to mention their drinks. I ask for small cokes and they overflow it. These people need to learn how to do their jobs and if it’s that hard to work at McDonald’s then go home.

Besure and get your receipt and check it, which l didn't. I order a lemonade small icee for $2.39. I got home and my credit was charge $8.11 for 1 small drink. Never again

idek why i even come to this one when ik they are gonna take forever and usually are always just rude🤣 i ordered on the app went and parked and waited a good 30 mins or so, a car pulled and parked in the same time as i did and got there food faster than i did😭 EVEN THE DRIVE THRU WAS GOING FASTER. i was gonna be late for work so i went thru the drive thru and they were like “did u place it at the right mcdonald’s?” and im like dude yes 💀

Can inside today a little after 4:30 but before 5:00pm and the person giving an interview smelled purely of marijuana. Ordered all large size (6 meals) and only received medium sized. Two of the drinks weren't the right drink either.
