It's a shame when workers do not put any thought into their appearance. I was raised and taught that you get up, take a shower, fix or put your hair up in a pony tail or bun, fix your face, and put on a clean uniform.Today's workers just get out of bed and grab the uniform that they took off the night before, and don't even do their hair or even shower. They show up looking like bums.A few years ago, you were not allowed to wear long nails in any food service job. They had to be short French manicure. Today's workers think it's ok to wear like ng 1 inch nails with color and also little objects painted on them.Men and Women hairs had to be properly kept. No long pony tails, no hair passed your shoulders or any flyaway hairs. Today, men can have long hair, fluffy hair and stringy hair. Women can have long pony tails all the way to their waists, long flyaway hairs flowing everywhere.Corporate needs to do some surprise inspections and take a look at how their employees are coming to work.Employees should not be behind the counter talking loud enough as to what they did the night before. About who and where they did the night before.Companies need to teach their employees the correct customer service.Where are the health inspectors when these employees are working?

Dec 1st I ordered two mobile orders mcflurrys, shakes, cones and a couple drinks. Which we were told they would not fulfill any items in the order which included drinks... icecream items were unavailable. We received not one item and were instructed to get refund through the app. Multiple customer requests and assurance a local representative from this location would be reaching out, no resolve. The final correspondence today after weeks of attempts to get refunded...was that I would receive 1000 pts. in the app and that NO refund would be issued.

Clean and quiet the worker that helped us was very friendly, courteous, and professional made sure we had everything we needed.
It's sad that I order online to sit and wait for them to take it out to me but 15 cars show up in the drive thru and they seem to get their food before me. And I ask the manager why is that his response is we have nobody to run the food out but yet the drive thru they will run out to keep the line going as my food sits and gets hard and cold

Very disappointed i asked for 4 mcdoubles and received 4 double cheeseburgers instead. I was charged 27.11 for the order and usually pay less than 20.00 however I didn't realize the mistake until I got home bcuz I paid with my debit card. I'm on a fixed income and seriously 10.00 is 10.00 .
