The worst customer service they give me my order incomplete and I have to wait 30 minutes just for a spice chicken

Haven't been here in like 3 years due to horrendous service...and well, I thought I'd give it another chance. It's still the same!! Bad service, slow and rude employees, dirty restaurant inside. Shall I go on?! I went thru the drive thru today (which I hate that split drive thru) and I got there before the other customer and they not only took his order but also the car behind him!!!! So I backed out and NEVER GOING BACK. THE OWNERS OF THIS PLACE OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR NOT CARING ABOUT THEIR ESTABLISHMENT.

We visited this McDonald’s twice with our kids, and both times were disappointing. We ordered Happy Meals, but each time we had to wait around 20 minutes and then go up to the counter to ask where our order was. This is especially frustrating when you're with children. The service is very slow, and the staff didn’t seem attentive. At other McDonald’s locations we've been to, the service was much faster and more organized. After two bad experiences, we have no desire to come back to this one.

the service is always terrible at this store and they take FOREVERRRRR i’m so surprised they take forever when it’s not even BUSY. they are definitely in need of new people or something because it’s AWFUL. i’ve never had to wait so long at a mcdonald’s just this ONE.
