I was waiting for change at the ordering and payment window. Then, a truck stopped in front of us at the pickup window, blocking us, and she was paying there. What was going on? Why was she paying at the pickup window, and what was the employee doing to pay for it? What was going on during the busy morning hours?

The white girl manager that was wearing a mask I don’t know if she wears it every but she was delaying my order on purpose. It’s so rude and unprofessional she should get fired if her pettiness gets in the way for good customer service. It was literally one sandwich I was waiting for 30 minutes, so I see no reason for it to take so long.

Girl at the window was great, the manager wasn’t any help at all. Waited in line for 20 minutes for a mobile order just to be told it was canceled while I was in line.
After sitting in the restaurant waiting for my order for over 15 minutes and then was told that my food was sitting there and they had called my number I never came to check to see if anybody was picking up the order and they were very rude. I will never go to this place again and I will tell everybody I know not to go there.

When you come in, there is no front register, if there is, there is a billboard that covers it to force you to place your order at the kiosk. If you need to pay cash, you wait over 5 mins for someone to acknowledge you and come to the front, the. You pay over the big billboard. The tables are dirty to discourage you from dinning in. Food, not good but it was the kids pick

Haven't been here in like 3 years due to horrendous service...and well, I thought I'd give it another chance. It's still the same!! Bad service, slow and rude employees, dirty restaurant inside. Shall I go on?! I went thru the drive thru today (which I hate that split drive thru) and I got there before the other customer and they not only took his order but also the car behind him!!!! So I backed out and NEVER GOING BACK. THE OWNERS OF THIS PLACE OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR NOT CARING ABOUT THEIR ESTABLISHMENT.
