They couldn’t have done a worse job of hiring staff. The hefty black girl was just chatting it up instead of taking my order. She made eye contact with me many times and just ignored me standing at the counter. All I wanted was coffee.

Worst service ever. There were 4 managers on the floor and it was a complete disaster I literally waited over an hour and a half for my food and the fries were completely cold ?. The attitude of all the managers there was disappointing. I couldn't even get anyone's attention to ask for my refund and just leave. They just told me my food will be ready when is ready. Never again. So disappointed.

Always check your food before leaving! It’s rare to receive your order correct especially if they tell you to go to the second pickup window. I’ve even had an incorrect order given to me by a manager. If you have to go in to get your order corrected, the staff and management will stare at you but won’t come to the counter right away. There’s been times where a manager is laughing and joking with the crew and purposefully refusing to acknowledge the customers in the lobby.
