Probably the cleanest and friendliest McDonald's I've ever been to. The restaurant didn't even smell like food was being cooked there. Great service. Clean restroom.

This McDonald's decides when it wants to cook things for you. If it doesn't want to cook a pie they'll tell you there out. There kiosk sucks and if you waiting to order with a person they'll act like they don't see you.

I went and got two old snack wraps that were to hard to bite into. I received unsweetened tea when I asked for sweat tea. The drive thru too so long that by time I got home (I live 3 mins away) my ice cream was melted. Terrible service.

I had a very negative experience at this McDonald’s on Heath Rd and Stockdale Hwy this morning (03/14/2025) at 8:03am. I walked in, and though I tried to order using a kiosk, which is pushed hard at this location, I was unable to order my breakfast the way that I wanted it since the kiosk didn’t offer the specifics of how I wanted my meal. Therefore, I walked up to the counter and waited for someone to notice me. The manager did. She walked up, and as I started telling her that I was having trouble ordering my meal, she literally walked away from me. I then did the same and walked out of the restaurant. It’s not a good sign that a customer drove all the way over to McDonald’s, walked in, tried to order, had trouble, and then was dismissed by the manager on duty. These workers somehow in spite of themselves can’t even try to act like they want to retain McDonald’s customers.

Despite using the app to submit the order so all info would be correct, they still managed to forget the toy to the happy meal. Toy selection is indeed part of the order in the app.

This is a great McDonald’s. It’s the only McDonald’s there is in Taft. The food is good and the service is fast and friendly. I gave five stars because they had been skipping on fries but lately they’ve been really good. Of course the food is getting real expensive as it is everywhere I can’t take away stars for that. So overall, yeah a great McDonald’s.
Had such amazing service from Leah! She is seriously the best. So kind and courteous and had a smile the entire time. It was fast service and the food was incredible. It is rare to find such a hard worker with great customer service so Leah stood out to me!! Thanks again!! 😊

Food is okay! I come here often however, they never have sweet tea and when they” do “it’s never sweet tea it just watered down junk! Last 2 times I went the fries were old and cold and like they had been sitting out forever. I wish this McDonalds would just figure it out! It has been open long enough now that they should have everything figured out.
