Why do they get paid $20 an hour if they always forget the right sauce

This was my worst experience ever at a McDonald’s restaurant. I ordered 4 McDoubles ( one of their most famous and common burgers outside of a Big Mac or a 1/4 pounder ) through the drive through, and that’s it. Took the payment, shut the window, took about 5 minutes, moved me down to the next window, let 2 or 3 vehicles go before me, and after about 20 minutes, I left to go around and back through the drive through, and now they were even busier. So I parked out front and waited another 5 minutes before I was going to go in and just get my money back when the employee came out and handed me the bag. Moral of the story is, for such a common burger, with nothing on it really, ( but very good ) to cost just around $20.00 and wait 30 minutes for. Terrible customer service. Not even an apology or explanation as to what happened. I used to work fast food and it is hard work. I give it to them. And I can also understand if I ordered a big order. No big deal, right. But 4 little McDoubles. No!!! Terrible customer service..!! If it was my restaurant, at least one person would have been fired for that. Shouldn’t have a bunch of kids trying to run a business….

I had an extremely frustrating experience at this McDonald's due to the appalling management and discourteous staff. When I sought assistance regarding a refund for a mobile order, the employees were not only unhelpful but also outright rude, failing to answer a straightforward question. The lack of professionalism and customer service skills made it clear that ensuring customer satisfaction is not a priority at this location. I definitely do not recommend visiting if you expect any level of competent service.

My wife tried to order lunch on line after 11am. The app would only show her the breakfast menu. When she went to the store to ask for help, she was told that they could not help her. That the issue is with the app. She was trying to order the spend 10.00 and get 5.00 off. As of today her app still shows breakfast only. This is your fault McDonald’s. Fix it. Take care of your customers.

I had a bad experience however I was so amazed that the manager of this McDonald's immediately called me to apologize for the inconvenience and offered me a refund. Thank you so much Oscar Barrera for being such an amazing manager. I will definitely return to this McDonald'

Another brand new location and most welcome. Ordered drive thru Quarter Pounder with Cheese and some chicken nuggets a for my long trip today. Tasty as always. Drive-thru and staff inside were helpful. Nicely place location on the highway.

Ordered my kid’s cheeseburger with meat and cheese only, like I’ve been doing for over 7 years, get home and it’s cheese and bread, no meat because the wrapper said American cheese only.
