Lost and Found.

OMG PLEASE have a talk to your staff!!!!!! 20 min waiting on breakfast, waited in the spot and I had to get off to see what is happening. My food and drinks were just sitting there. This isn’t ok and it’s a nasty pattern here. Get it together or start hiring people that actually want to work! Oh and they didn’t even care to read what condiments we ordered. No condiments, utensils. Coffee was butt too

EVERYTIME I GET DOORDASH THEY FORGET SOMETHING. Every single time. I JUST ordered 3 orders of the chicken nugget meal, there’s absolutely no sauces. Like the main order was nuggets and no sauces?! cmon.. and I never have an issue when I go in person it’s always when I get it thru DoorDash or Grubhub.. and again EVERY TIME!! So now I’m sitting here carless eating dry nuggets lmao smh I feel like cause they know it’s DoorDash n not the actual person they are just lazy or something.. idk again just everytime I get an order from online something is wrong. Other than that I’ve never had an issue there.

POOR COSTUMER SERVICE... THE MANAGER IN THE MORNING WAS POOR CHARACTER PERSON. SHE GOT MY ORDER WRONG. AND WANTED TO CHARGE ME EXTRA FOR THE SANDWICHES I PAY FOR ALREADY. JUST THE TIME I WAS THERE PEOPLE CAME ASKING FOR MISSNG SANDWICHES.

The clerk called out my order. She did not make eye contact and set my order out of my reach because I use a wheelchair. The employees did nothing. Another person waiting for their order was kind enough to help me get my order.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking and entrance, but employees obviously are unhelpful.

I go here daily and spend over $2 for my coffee to always get cold coffee. I just ordered fresh coffee and drive away being left with cold coffee that I can dip my whole finger into it. I think this is ridiculous that it's winter time and I could never get hot coffee! Very disappointed

Did a mobile order picked up inside 20 minutes later they call my number and my 1 iced coffee was sitting there all that time and had become watered down
Guy just looked at me like oh well...drive through is always backed up and I'm always missing something...they never answer their phone
