This McDonalds is Trash. I’ve been coming to this location for years. I pulled up with my family as usual to order some ice cream sundaes for our kids and a “fresh” chocolate chip cookie tote. I pulled up to the window to a strange cashier not sure if he was male or female… as always my wife asked if I can have the young person add a drink at the window. Where I was told something I’ve never ever heard at any other McDonalds anywhere in the US. Ummmmm sorrrryyy I cannnt taaaaake thaaaat tyyyype of order here ittt wonnnnt lettt meeee. I then asked to speak to the manager. When the strange cashier person rolled his eyes asking for the manager. Where the manager responded with the same attitude. I will not be returning to this location. There was only one car behind us in the drive thru. I honestly couldn’t tell weather the cashier or the manager where male or female. super strange staff that grossed out our entire family.this occurred 10/27/24 I’ve never been denied an add on at the window at this location or any other McDonald’s nation wide. I was so grossed out I threw out our entire order. The absolute worst customer service anywhere I’ve had better customer service in Watts, Compton & Oildale Hire less strange staff one star rating. If I could I’d give them a negative 5 star rating I would.

Horrible service employees playing around thinking it’s funny when ordering food my food was crumbled in a box asked to order a drink and I was denied request to speak to the manager who was laughing with the employee who rolled his eyes when I asked for a drink to be added to my order it’s McDonald’s so I know the service isn’t that good but common courtesy is not so common kids with no respect is what they hire or dudes and think they are girls at the window with makeup flirting with each other I will not return to this location went to drive thru on 10/27/24 around 10:30 pm
