I placed my order at 5:20 PM and I didn’t get my food at all till I came and showed up because their phone number doesn’t work and I’ve called their phone multiple times i have checked the app multiple times and I go inside just be given stank faces by all of them and then I never got an apology so I picked up my food around 7 PM because I was using my points and I never got an apology or nothing and then I find out that when I look at my thing for my order, it shows that they placed my Order at 6:58 PM and the app didn’t notify me that my food was ready or anything of the sort. I came in with my dog in my arms and the entire time until after i finish my order and Decided I’m gonna order more food well when I put my dog down for a minute, I am given attitude about my dog told that she can’t be on the ground mind you I held my dog the entire time, and my dog wasn’t even on the ground that long and my arms were getting tired too. Sadly, she never even asked if my dog was a service dog, so that was very concerning to me and to top it off I wasn’t going to stay inside to eat. I was just picking up an order but sadly I never got an apology. All I got were dirty from them and I didn’t say anything because I was trying to keep my composure because my dog was in my arms but it was probably one of the most ridiculous McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and just seems like they don’t care when they screw peoples orders up and that they do not tell you when your food is ready at the Mount Vernon McDonald’s And I’m not a mean person I am a very nice person, but yeah, I was given such disrespect to me and my dog. If there was zero, stars, I would give this place zero stars

Everytime I visit this facility they are sending me to one of the overflow stalls when there are no customers. The wait time for receiving food is well into the 15 to 20 minute zone.

There are a lot of homeless people going in and out of poor quality. I ordered a double quarter pound cheese burger and got a single, and it's really expensive.

I went through drive thru and ordered 2 McMuffin and 2 small orange juice and they read me back the order when I went to the drive thru window the lady gave me the wrong order and I gave it back to her and when I gave it back to her she was very rude and tried to charge me more so I told her that it was her fault because she gave me the wrong order mind you she had an attitude the manager was right behind her and she called my husband a pinche Viejo. This McDonald's is very rude and the employees are very rude. I will not ever go to that McDonald's again. I also reported this situation to the main office. The manager is named Allison. She was very very rude as well. They should read the order back when the customer go to the window.

Absolute rip off. I have avoided eating out for months because of the poor quality and absurd prices. I find myself needing to grab something quickly today. The large fry was only half filled, the double cheese burgers were cold and obviously sitting there a while, only had one piece of cheese. Add a 10 piece nugget and I'm paying $25.00 for absolute garbage. These people don't deserve $20.00 an hour and this company deserves to fail.
