Made an order for pick up while I was checking out in the grocery line at walmart. Mysteriously my order was already marked ready the MOMENT I submitted it. After I finished I showed the order to the guy at the counter who BARELY glanced at it and told me to wait to the side. I then waited 35 minutes with a crowd of other frustrated customers. And that would have been fine because I get that staffing can be challenging at times, if he didnt THEN tell me my order wasnt in their system and not believe i ordered to the right location. When i asked is this not the fashion place mcdondalds (what my confirmation email stated), he literally said he doesn't even know the address. THEN he gets the manager who runs me in the same circle, makes a comment that they don’t give out “free food”, and essentially accused me of ordering to the wrong location too despite the literal proof on my phone. I showed her the pending bank transaction, since she was concerned about me not paying, then she claims I’m still wrong because it was pending for the 14th. YEAH PENDING BECAUSE THE ORDER ISNT COMPLETE???? Basic bank knowledge would tell you that a pending transaction posts once it’s complete, most transactions dont even post right away. She basically just told me to dispute it with my bank then and refused to help me.
I ordered at 1:15 pm and I BARELY left after all of that at 2pm. Absolutely ridiculous service and even more ridiculous of a manager who, might I add, wasn't even out there helping her two staff clearly struggling to keep up the whole time I was waiting. She only showed up after they called to help me and packed one bag and that was it.
Gosford walmart already closed their mcdonald’s, they need to get rid of this one too. Clearly they can’t handle running a business inside a busy store.

This place never disappoint in the way they MESS UP orders..the staff always bickering with their own coworkers..always short staffed and the order gets finally punched in right and cook or preper always mess it up..i know we should check orders an all but daang they need make effort at least..and please clean the floors and tables ..hardly anyone there and yet the place dirty ..the dirty looks and Rollin' of eyes when customer asked for food prepared a certain way..employees just stay home What happened to old staff a few months ago . NOW THIS PEOPLE WERE ON POINT and it was a pleasure to sit and eat there..have mercy on paying customers and just be upfront and say what you as employees are just willing to only Offer and it be up to us the customer to order or not..🙁👎

What happened to fair prices, mascots, and all day breakfast? Fast food is no longer convenient, fun, or safe. As well as fast food and sugar being directly linked to obesity rates. McDonald's to me was a place you'd stop by occasionally like after a movie, that's when we would care about the toy we got. How about getting lost in the play zone? The food has always been meh but it wasn't as much as a sit down restaurant. In-N-Out offers cheese fries. It's like McDonald's denied 1/3 of there identity after COVID

I can't believe they don't sell hot fudge sundae! I went to a frosty place. Went through drive through and kept going.
I was not happy with my service, It stared with the ten minutes wait , finally go to order and the woman behind the counter didn’t look happy to be there , she was rude and kept rushing me ,my food was cold and I got the wrong drink , never going back.

McDonald's is terrible not good The manager Christian Asian Guy very rude asked him for help because I'm disabled he wouldn't even help just running his mouth with other customers I go there it was so bad I won't go back because of him how you as a company hire people like that it's very disrespectful to us handicapped people I don't get how that's right and I enjoy . McDonald's was very disappointed thank for that McDonald's
