There were only 2 employees and took them 15 min to get on customers order. That was my whole break time so I couldn't even order food. Tried the app but it didn't work like always.

McDonald's is terrible not good The manager Christian Asian Guy very rude asked him for help because I'm disabled he wouldn't even help just running his mouth with other customers I go there it was so bad I won't go back because of him how you as a company hire people like that it's very disrespectful to us handicapped people I don't get how that's right and I enjoy . This location inside Walmart usually has friendly hard working staff, but perhaps understaffed. Wait times are longer, ice cream and milkshake machine frequently down, and the lobby could use better cleaning throughout the day. I paid for 5 dipping sauces and they didn’t give them to me. If you’re a food delivery driver I’d skip orders from here.

If you are traveling on the Hwy 99 through Bakersfield I would recommend this McDonald's by far! The lobby was open, with fresh flowers on the tables and plants, The restrooms were clean and decorated, The restaurant had great atmosphere with smiling happy employees. Right off the bat we were greeted the girl took our order. She told us to have a seat and they brought our food to the table too. The food was just as we expected it to be, Delicious! It was a perfect, quick and relaxing pit stop. Not to mention there are cheaper gas stations right next door to fuel up. I would highly recommend.

DISGUSTING!!! Trust me the fries taste like peer oil!!! And soggy they got my order wrong, terrible service, do NOT know what they are doing terrible they should shut down!!! So slow!!!
Wouldn’t even give you guys one star. By far the most disgusting Mcdonald’s I’ve ever been to. The employees there are so lazy and rude. Food was cold when we got it. Never recommending and never coming back.
