Our last pizza delivered (Sunday) was burnt to a crisp. I was shocked they would deliver it, it was so bad. Called and was told they would credit our account. Called tonight (Thursday) was transferred to a manager who was very rude. Insisted I had the wrong location and there was no credit. I tried to explain what happened and who I talked to, he all but called me a liar and said there was no employee with that name.
