We ordered a pizza while remodeling our kitchen. The order was placed online. The wait time was 45 minutes online. An hour later we call and ask "where is our food"? At first they played dumb... and then say "We don't have a delivery driver" but they do now. We waited 1hr 45 mins for a "Take and bake" pizza. It was delivered dough and the cheese wasn't melted. But they "gave us" cold potato wedges... (we didn't order or eat). We didn't call corporate like they told us. We don't want our money back. When their food is actually cooked it's delicious! We ate it after I put it in the airfryer for 20 mins.
Buyer beware - They do not have enough respect to call their customers to tell the Truth that we either needed to pick up the food or call elsewhere. We will never order again... we will never eat there again. We do not recommend this business and you should Avoid their delivery service.

I was really excited when I learned Me N Ed's was coming to Northeast Bakersfield. The pizza is top notch. Unfortunately my experience with this location has been very disappointing. The staff is friendly enough, I can tell they are a teenagers or young adults earning their keep. They aren't rude and are polite-- that I truly appreciate. But the service is so slow. They tell me it will take 20 minutes but majority of the time it takes 30 to 35 minutes to get my pizza. One time, I called ahead and even had to wait 15mins when I got there. I really hope the manager reads these reviews and puts more training into their staff or hire more people. It's not fair to the workers who are trying their best with what they got. I would like to see this location stay open and I would hate to take my business elsewhere because of pizza is so good. But it is very frustrating and my confidence in the establishment continues to fall.

If you order online they give you an estimated time. I had a 20min wait time. It was about an hour since I ordered and they are still working on it. Be prepared to wait.

Good pizza, and it's nice and air-conditioned. I think they were training someone new when we arrived. We placed our order and then waited a good entire minute or so before we were handed our receipt lol. The TVs were mostly off when we got there, including one that has an entire other half of their menu (would have been nice to know... lolol). Then when they were turned on they scared the crap out of us because of how loud they were. The pizza took what seemed like centuries to be ready. I don't think I've ever seen a pizza take that long. Several tables were left uncleaned with random stuff left from previous diners even though there were practically no customers. Like I said, I think they were training someone, but were not very efficient about it. Maybe they needed one more person working that day to help out. And to top it off, the prices are pretty steep. The quality was good but I don't know if it was good enough to pay those prices. Especially if it doesn't even pay for enough employees to properly service the restaurant. Overall, I would not come back here again. I liked the pizza, it was quite good. But for these prices I expect way better service. Or, they could simply lower prices so that I'm not as bothered.
Parking: Plenty of parking in lot shared with gas station and Starbucks.

Pizza is fine but I placed an online order for pick up at 10:15. I walked in the door at 10:12 and spoke to the guy at the counter. He gave me my receipt at 10:35 and I got my pizza finally at 10:45. I never left, waited by the counter so its not like they forgot I was there. Whole reason for ordering was to pick it up and get to my kids school picnic day in time for their 11am lunch. Will never go back.
Giving the 5 stars they deserve. Pizza was perfectly cooked all they way through, and the wedges were perfectly crisp and flaky. Keep up the good work.

Horrible service and average food will keep us from coming back! It’s never that great, but until today has always been easy. No more though. We dine here a few times a month, usually spend $50+ each time. Pizza is ok, kids love wedges and wings (always under cooked). Now, according to the short fat lady with glasses, you don’t even get a ranch or other suave with your wedges or wings? Cost me another $5 to bring that along. Then they have the audacity to ask for a tip. Well, you just lost what was a loyal local customer. We have a birthday party in 2 weeks we planned to buy 20 pizzas for, we will take that business to Tony’s or Magoos, never will I visit this crummy location again!
