Great people. The service is amazing. They were so nice and ready to help. Air conditioned. Many seats indoor and outdoor. And a drink fountain if you don’t want to buy a bottle. You can watch the man make the pizza live too. Great place. Clean bathroom and tables. Perfect stop before going to camp.

The drain on the soda machine was clogged, causing water to flood the floor. Despite four employees being on the clock, none of them did anything—each claiming it wasn’t their responsibility. That’s not just poor work ethic; it’s outright negligence.
If someone had slipped and been injured, you’d be looking at a gross negligence claim because no action was taken to mitigate a known hazard. You wonder why your insurance premiums are high? This is why. I put down paper towels to slow the water down.
To make matters worse, the employee making pizzas was wearing the same gloves to handle food and run the cash register—transferring whatever bacteria was on the touch screen straight to the customer’s meal. Please avoid this place…
This isn’t just a training issue—it’s a liability waiting to happen.

This place closes at 9:30pm not 10pm! You can’t order after 9:30pm because it’s to late I was told. That I know, you help the customer any time before closing. No matter what! Pizza only takes a couple of minutes to cook.

We ordered a pizza while remodeling our kitchen. The order was placed online. The wait time was 45 minutes online. An hour later we call and ask "where is our food"? At first they played dumb... and then say "We don't have a delivery driver" but they do now. We waited 1hr 45 mins for a "Take and bake" pizza. It was delivered dough and the cheese wasn't melted. But they "gave us" cold potato wedges... (we didn't order or eat). We didn't call corporate like they told us. We don't want our money back. When their food is actually cooked it's delicious! We ate it after I put it in the airfryer for 20 mins.
Buyer beware - They do not have enough respect to call their customers to tell the Truth that we either needed to pick up the food or call elsewhere. We will never order again... we will never eat there again. We do not recommend this business and you should Avoid their delivery service.

I was really excited when I learned Me N Ed's was coming to Northeast Bakersfield. The pizza is top notch. Unfortunately my experience with this location has been very disappointing. The staff is friendly enough, I can tell they are a teenagers or young adults earning their keep. They aren't rude and are polite-- that I truly appreciate. But the service is so slow. They tell me it will take 20 minutes but majority of the time it takes 30 to 35 minutes to get my pizza. One time, I called ahead and even had to wait 15mins when I got there. I really hope the manager reads these reviews and puts more training into their staff or hire more people. It's not fair to the workers who are trying their best with what they got. I would like to see this location stay open and I would hate to take my business elsewhere because of pizza is so good. But it is very frustrating and my confidence in the establishment continues to fall.

They can always tell you what you ordered previously when you call in. That’s really helpful because you can make the order quick and move onto whatever you’re doing.

Good pizza, and it's nice and air-conditioned. I think they were training someone new when we arrived. We placed our order and then waited a good entire minute or so before we were handed our receipt lol. The TVs were mostly off when we got there, including one that has an entire other half of their menu (would have been nice to know... lolol). Then when they were turned on they scared the crap out of us because of how loud they were. The pizza took what seemed like centuries to be ready. I don't think I've ever seen a pizza take that long. Several tables were left uncleaned with random stuff left from previous diners even though there were practically no customers. Like I said, I think they were training someone, but were not very efficient about it. Maybe they needed one more person working that day to help out. And to top it off, the prices are pretty steep. The quality was good but I don't know if it was good enough to pay those prices. Especially if it doesn't even pay for enough employees to properly service the restaurant. Overall, I would not come back here again. I liked the pizza, it was quite good. But for these prices I expect way better service. Or, they could simply lower prices so that I'm not as bothered.
Parking: Plenty of parking in lot shared with gas station and Starbucks.
