Its really really good yogurt. Very expensive but then again you put whatever you want and then they weight the cup, and that's how your charged. I had me and another person. So for 2 yogurts it was over $22!! I have to say they were a nice size though. Not to mention soooooo good!! Just happened to accidentally find this place. I've never heard of it before. I will be taking my kids back when I have the extra $$$ to spend cuz I know they will pile as much stuff on there that they can. Lol The only issue I had was when I first walked in, it did have a musty moldy smell that almost made me walk right back out. I almost lost my appetite. I just got the yogurt and left. They need to handle that weird musty moldy smell. That alone will turn people away. I almost left without ordering. Glad I did though. Just get that smell under control. Spiffy the place up a little bit more and you should be good. Counter help( some older guy) could of been a little nicer and attentive when we walked in. We stood there for a while before being acknowledged. I didn't even know what I was doing or how it worked so I finally had to ask. The guy was a little rude. So they could work on that as well.Kid-friendliness: Its very kid friendly!! Kids will love it because they hand you a cup and off you go. You can pick from any of the yogurts or try a bit of all of them. They have a topping bar so the kids will love to add what they want and as much as they can fit into that cup. They got some of the best flavors in town for yogurt. They have a good rewards program that gives you yogurt for free!!Their inside seats are very supportive & comfortable.However isn’t always the cleanest the topping section isn’t always the cleanest sometimes there’s a bunch of crumbs on the counter top or lids to the toppings will be left open etc.

The fright was good to, the green teal boba was good I've had it from del taco and I'm glad they had samples or I wouldve been very confused and not knowing what to do and the first sample I had was okay but what I got together was even better 10/10 must come again.

There are a lot of people attacking an employee named Adryana online because she did her job and I just want you guys to know she's a wonderful employee and I commend someone of her age doing what she's supposed to do at work. She's very consistent in ensuring your guys policies are taken seriously and that customers aren't stealing product. That's how you keep a business profitable! Thank you Adryana! You rock! Thanks for being a teen in the workforce when so many don't have the drive! Good hiring choice Menchies!! 5/5 acrossed the board!Edit: From my understanding customers are coming into the store specifically to harass her and scream at her. I hope you as the employer take action against this. I also urge the employee to speak with the police because all of those people harassing a minor can be charged.

I have visited a couple times during my trips to Bakersfield, and the service is phenomenal, everything is kept clean and the atmosphere is welcoming. Even if there are parents who let their kids run around and eat the candies from the containers (which eww, gross), the place is awesome and those parents need to start disciplining their children and not make it everyone else’s problem. 10/10 would return!

The yogurt is runny, the fruit is moldy at times, the owners daughter is left to run the place alone with no management. She is rude and very unpleasant, eager to leave before closing times posted hours. I wouldn't bring my kids here. There are plenty of small locally owned yogurt businesses in town that treat people better than this place. They're also cleaner and well managed by an adult with manners. I've talked to others who have shared similar experiences with the owner the daughter. I will not return.

Just left because the cake batter was runny. I told the girl that I didn’t want to pay for that but I would gladly buy two yogurts in a different flavor. She insisted that I had to pay for it so I walked out. Also the 2nd time I went I was waaay overcharged.
