The atmosphere is so chic. I love the Bakersfield mural. It shows all the places I went to through the years as a Bakersfield native. The classic mimosa was superb. It's fun to see all the choices they offer. Our waitress was helpful, funny, and friendly, Fernanda. The food is yummy too.

Cute breakfast and lunch spot off the beaten path. Great service and pleasant surroundings and good food at reasonable prices. They make good coffee too! I had the bacon and egg breakfast and the bacon was nice thick cut not the thin pitiful stuff you usually get and 4 slices too. Recommended.

Mimosa has become one of our go-to restaurants for breakfast and lunch. The biggest challenge is which of the delicious dishes we want each time! Oink & Eggs is always solid (their bacon is divine!), and the prime rib melt is a winner any time of day. Our servers are always delightful and prompt (Fernanda was great today)! And, of course, the mimosas are delightful! Definitely recommend!
