today I ate at sarap for lunch. Was on a time limit but I should have asked them to replace my rice. It was mushy & didn't taste fresh. My lumpia was delicious & pancit was ok. It's been better. Maybe the cook was having an meh day.

I came in at 6:30 pm (they close at 7:30), and by 6:32 I was ready to order a Korean corn dog. The girl at the counter told me they stopped selling them exactly at 6:30 because of the fair in town. I honestly found that very frustrating. It was literally a two-minute difference, and it felt like I was being turned away for no real reason.
I had been craving one all day, so it was really disappointing to leave without it. I understand adjusting hours for events, but if that’s the case, it should be clearly posted so customers don’t waste their time coming in and walking away empty-handed

I really wanted to like Mochido, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The doughnuts were okay, nothing special, but the drinks were a complete disaster. My order was messed up three times. I asked for a Thai tea and a Vietnamese coffee—first they brought me a chai, then told me after the fact that they were out of Vietnamese coffee. Instead of communicating that up front, they just skipped it. Later, they gave me a cookie butter latte with no coffee in it, which we never asked for. On top of that, the tables were dirty, the trash was overflowing, and the workers never greeted us or said goodbye. None of them wore name tags, and frankly, they seemed totally unprepared and uninterested in helping customers. It wasn’t just me either — I watched them screw up multiple other people’s orders while I was there. Everyone looked confused and frustrated waiting for their things. Overall, the service was incompetent and frustrating, and the atmosphere felt unclean and unwelcoming. I left very upset with the whole experience and won’t be returning. I didnt get anyones names but I was in the store August 30th in the afternoon from 3-4.

Usually when I come here it’s pretty good experience maybe because there isn’t many people in. But today there was a handful of people but nothing completely super busy. I ordered 4 drinks and 3 corn dogs and it was right before a group of people came, so we got our order in first. We got our drinks about 5 min later and 5 min later again we had our name called. We walk over to the handoff to get our food but nothing was there and they just looked at me lost so we just sat back down thinking we misheard. We later find out that someone else had taken our food. we go back to the handoff and hear them telling another lady that someone else took her food and they would give her new ones. Then another worker says “no her food is here” so we were more confused because they just proceed to look at us not knowing anything so we sit back down. My boyfriend then gets upset I didn’t say anything which is my fault and he goes to tell the worker we haven’t gotten our food and someone else took OUR food. They said they would remake it so we sit down. Another worker tells the customer that is currently taking an order “sorry for the mix up they took your food we’ll give you a free item of food” us sitting down we are so confused that they still don’t know what is going on, and who actually needs the food. After we get our food our food was made wrong our cording had no potato on it and had a huge whole in it. We just had enough and asked for a refund which they only provided cash and we paid card. Terrible experience, ruined my day with my family and boyfriend.

Hot and humid place. Messed up our order two times. They gave our order to different people twice. We were one of the first customers to enter and we ended being the last ones. Customer service lacks, drinks are ok, there is better places that offer more selection and tastes better. Will not be coming back here.

A/C don’t work or owner to cheap to turn it on.. Tables dirty we had to clean our own. Tables are broken “not hard to tighten the screws up” corn dogs are good tho .
I loved the Korean corn dogs from here. I would try it again but the location is terrible. Too much traffic to try to get in this shopping district to come again.

I ordered online and it was pretty quick the pick up. Drinks are always great, K-dogs yummy! Just one thing, I don’t like that I have to pay $1 extra for the hot Cheeto and the amount of Cheetos is almost nothing lol $1 for probably 2-3 cheetos. You should put sauce to make the Cheeto stay on the K-dog and make the money worth. I always order with sauce on the side but they never give me sauce (when I order online) so it would be nice to pay attention to those details. But besides of that, food is great, a good treat :)

I got the strawberry cheesecake smoothie and it was super delicious, and although the boba was a bit flavorless, it didn’t matter because the rest of the drink and its toppings were so good. Staff was very patient and kind.

I got here by accident looking for a fork.. I had gone to Nothin Bundt and they were out of forks so I stopped by here. My daughter spotted the dubai mochi donut, it was delicious 😋 😍.. Most definitely will come back when I'm in town..
