I went to Mokha Cafe this morning I ordered Adeni tea which is a hot beverage. The young girl that took the order over filled the tea without letting me know that was over filled. She placed it in a drink carrier. When I get to my car the entire half of the cup spilled on me in my car. The cup collapsed since the tea was so hot and the cup was so full. Please educate your server to never over fill a hot beverage. Not only it burnt my hand, the tea stained my shirt and pant. I had to be somewhere, but I went back home to change. It cause such an inconvenient.

I just ordered a drink from here i absolutely love their coffee but as I was drinking my hazelnut special I felt some type of chunk hit the back of my throat I pulled it out and there was like a piece of plastic or glue something non edible

we ordered the capuchino and pistachio latte and they tasted like water and milk. the latte with also sugar. there was no hint of coffe in it. that was disappointing.

Horrible just absolutely sad what one employee can do to a company, please advice your front of kitchen staff that evidence is being accumulated regarding SEVERAL RACIALLY HATE MOTIVATED INCIDENTS. OSHA AND EEOC have been informed and will be investigating.
