I can't believe this place flew under the radar for me. I am always skeptical of places like this, but as soon as I took a bite of the rice with gravy, the catfish and other foods, I felt so excited to have delicious tasting southern comfort food. The cornbread tastes like how my great grandmother's before she passed. Now any time I come home from the army, this is the place my family and friends will meet at.

I had the oxtails with rice and gravy the gravy was bland needed salt my sides were Mac& cheese, greens and yams the greens were mushy the Mac and cheese was gritty and the yams taste like they were out the can with a pound of sugar added then the dessert was banana pudding without bananas like wtf and I spent 93$ the waitress need to be retrained bad service

The catfish was fire 🔥 the Mac n cheese is nasty they use the shell noodles smh no seasoning gotta add salt the greens my mom had was horrible trash rice and gravy was OK cabbage was OK and the hotlink sandwich was OK they took FOREVER to bring me some tartar sauce ii had to ask like 5x from 3 different ppl smh not to mention they didn’t even bring all my food at once ii had to wait for this and that ii like my food all at one time very bad customer service 👎🏾 ii would only recommend the fish and water dead ssa
