Some of the best cookies ever . But just recently went and shopped and I’m telling you the best customer service I ever had. I think her name was Ashley. She was kind and friendly. I will always look for her when I go buy cookies.
lady that was working on 2/13/2025 at 5:00 pm is rude. She had so many cookies that weren’t restocked. She was getting distracted about the fact her “friend” got arrested. She should not be working if she’s gonna be worrying about her friends.
Came here one time and the owner made me feel like a creep for asking questions.

Love Mrs Fields cookies! But it’s a shame they turn off their ovens 2 hrs before closing ? losing business, or have enough cookies to last till closing

Amazing customer service and amazing product love the cookies too
I ordered a custom cookie cake online on Friday to be picked up the following Saturday. Went to pick it up an hour after the set time and turns out it was never made. Cashier said the owner never told her. She called the owner numerous times and told me what they said to me. Cashier said she can still make it. I said fine to just make it and I’ll pick it up later. Someone needs to be in charge or be held accountable for online orders to be made at the scheduled time. Disappointing.

You truly do get what you pay for! Love this place and would recommend for true Mrs. Fields Lovers young, old, and the uninitiated.Staff was kind and patient, even with the long line, and cookies were of course delicious!
