Tried them for the first time on the recommendation of my sister & really enjoyed the atmosphere in the dining area. The staff was knowledgeable & friendly & our drinks were impressive as we did not know what to expect our first time. Have gone back twice since that initial visit a month ago. Very highly recommended!

Ordered the acai bowl and it came with three small slices of strawberry, small amount of banana including a moldy one and the acai taste so watered or iced down I feel like I’m eating pure ice. The quality of ingredients isn’t there and the cleanliness of the store needs to be addressed. The counters were sticky and had hair on them. The staff was nice but I feel like management and owners need to really sharpen this place up. Has a lot of potential and would like to see them do better

This place sucks bro! I’ve been here several times before and it consistently sucks. I ordered online and the estimated time for my order to be ready was 15 minutes. It took me 10 minutes to get here to pick it up. When I got here, the place was NOT busy. There were 2 customers in the lobby and the employee greeted me and let me know they were still working on my order. THEY HADN’T EVEN STARTED MY ORDER. It took them another 10 minutes to get my order to me. When they did get my order done, the bratty witch behind the counter just put my drink on the counter and called my name. No, “Thanks for your patience,” “Sorry for the wait,” nothing. And to think people are lobbying for a minimum wage increase. I can’t wait for the robots to take over all the unskilled jobs so your dumbies have to find real work and skills to contribute to society. In the meantime, I’ll stick to Nature’s Juice Bar downtown. Supporting small business is better for the economy anyways. Y’all suck!

I am upset. I was really craving my green smoothie but walked out after waiting 35 minutes. It seemed like everyone else was getting their orders before me. The people walking in for their online orders & the walk-in orders. I seen a few walk-ins ordering after me and they were getting their drinks. Maybe because I didn't tip them. But after waiting 35 mins, I asked about my order and the girl said, it would be about 10 more mins. Really!? I am sorry but a 45 min. wait for a small drink is not reasonable. Another bad experience occured over a month ago, we ordered three drinks and only got 2, we had to remind them we were missing 1 more & had to sit there an additional 10+ minutes for the drink. Wait times are crazy. Never going again. Ruined my morning routine 45 mins that I could have spent walking at the river park. Horrible service. Lack organization.
Staff was super pleasant, food and drinks were excellent.Our online order didn’t get thru to the store (likely just a simple software glitch) but the staff looked at our emailed receipt and got it taken care of quickly. I wasn’t in a rush but they treated me above and beyond which was awesome.Appreciate the food, thanks

They all have a Good Smile and they take pretty good care of their customers, which would make customer a regular customer. I pray that, they will all get a pretty good raise and promotion. I loved It! It was my first time here, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. it was very clean and taken care of. I had the chocolate bowl, and it was filling. The price wasn't bad either, especially for a health food restaurant. The workers were nice too! Recommend!

Great juice, but they only ever have one person working when I've come and have to wait 30 plus minutes for my drink. The the juice is good and the service is as good as it can be with only one person working doing all the call in orders and in person orders and also doing the cash register. If you come be prepared to wait a while
