First time visiting New Vintage Grill, although we live very close. We went for breakfast. We were greeted promptly when we walked in and invited to sit wherever we wanted. The restaurant was moderately busy in their unusually small but welcoming dining room. We didn't have any trouble finding a spacious table for two. I had a water and salad with steak. The steak was grissly and fatty. That made the whole dish a loss. Water was good ? and service was good. The restaurant was also warm on a hot day.
Parking: Parking wasn't bad. It's a shared lot with other businesses and restaurants. I got a close by spot and my friend had to walk a waze.

Great food and service. Texas egg roll apperizer was delicious, followed by the carnivore pizza, finished off my wife and I each ordered a dessert. They were huge. I ordered the creme brulle cheesecake, and she ordered the lemon cookie with ice cream. we left with half a pizza and over half of each dessert.
