I’ve always had good experiences here with friendly cashiers. Today the cashier with glasses was rude and yelled to have everyone move to 1 line, even tho there is a separate line for pickup orders. What is the point of picking up a prepaid order if it’s going to take just as long.

Yesterday, I was forgetful. I forgot to grab Nothing Bundt cake for my son's surprise dinner. However, as I was driving over at 5 pm. I called and spoke to the nicest, kindest, young man. He took my order, got it prepped, and made everything a breeze. He went above and beyond, in my moment of panic. I appreciate everything he did! I'm sorry for not catching his name, but he knows if he sees this. The cake was perfect! The candles were the cutest. The bundinis were top notch! Thank you again.

I love these cakes !!!! I do recommend just going in the store to pick up, delivery might take longer. There also might be a wait time depending on the time of day, but the staff is also very nice and helpful.

Marlene had a huge line but that girl moves extremely slow killed the experience completely. Someone tell that girl to pick up the pace.

Adara made me feel so uncomfortable . It's my birthday and I got an email saying that I get a free little bundt cake and she didn't believe me. Made me refresh my whole email and show my I.D. like I couldn't afford a $8 cake.

Edit: asked for the banana flavor, but she pointed at the sign and talked to me like I was stupid for asking. She said it's not available until next week. The sign says after March 3rd. Today is March 10.

honestly disappointed, ordered the limited edition strawberry chocolate bundlet and they gave me a chocolate chip instead. now the flavor is gone so I have to wait another year to try it. the cashiers should pay more attention to the flavors they package or atleast let the customer know before they charge them for a flavor they didn’t want.

I’ve been going to Nothing Bundt cakes for years. I get all my special occasion cakes here. Yesterday we picked up a red velvet cake for my son’s birthday & the cake tasted awful. I was embarrassed with my guest. The cake was inedible. Either it was a cake that had gone bad or it wasn’t made right.

My friend keeps telling me to go try this place and since I was in the area stopped to get some and try. I actually wanted to try the nilla wafer ones for this month but were sold out so got these others which were moist and delicious. Place was cute and service was great. Will definitely come back and try some of the other flavors

Update: I received a call from the store manager. We went over the situation, and it was soon clear to me that I had misunderstood the sales clerk. I do feel like more of an explanation from her could have avoided the confusion. Also, I failed to look at the receipt and couldn't locate it later, as we'd tossed it. But it is clear that I was wrong and should have asked about it while in the store. Employees should treat us the like cake hungry 5 year olds we all turn in to when we walk inside the NBC door.

I was given a $10 gift card. I exposed the pin, went online, and confirmed the $10 balance on 10-28-24. I even wrote it on the card in Sharpie. We stopped in to the store on Truxton for 2 personal bundettes today (10-29-24). The woman at the counter didn't seem pleased to get the gift card and after a few moments said that the balance was $3 (not the $10, no explanation). I didn't want to make a scene because I wasn't alone, but I'm sure that I will never buy anything from this Nothing Bundt Cakes location. Very disappointing.

Myself and another (unknown to me) customer walked in September 30th at approx 2pm, and neither of us were even looked at; No greeting, nothing. The cashier (Marina)was on the phone and never even looked up at us to acknowledge our presence. The other customer and I were looking at each other and shaking our heads. Then a second person (Daniel) came out to assist the cashier with whatever was going on with her phone call and much to the amazement of both of us in line, never addressed us either. Neither of us wanted to interrupt the phone conversation, but at least let us know you see us in front of you, even with just a simple gesture. It was very VERY poor customer service!
I'm sure it is all on your cameras.
