Absolutely brilliant customer service. The worker was so sweet and helpful when placing my order for some bundlets. There was a mix up with one of the cakes in my order so I came back the day. With no hesitation one of the workers assured me they would fix the mistake and grab their shift lead. The shift lead was also very sweet and immediately helped me out. She let me keep the mistake cake and get the one I wanted Outstanding customer service. Great tasting cake.

Wow totally blown away!!!! Ordered a cake from them with a pickup the following day. I showed up early as I do to everything and was told that it would not be ready until exactly 12:30. I was 30 minutes early!!! There was the same cake in the display. All they needed to do was change the bow or hey throw a bow and wrap one up. But no!!! No exceptions!!!! Not good customer service!!!! Too bad because we liked coming here!!! ***** I would like to add that the first girl in long dark hair was the one that needs to get better at customer service. When I came back to pick up the cake the light brown hair girl did an awesome job and felt sincere and apologized for the wait. Maybe she could train the other girl. *******

Yesterday we picked up two boxes of gluten-free Chocolate chip for my daughters birthday party. They were super delicious and they were excellent the next morning with our coffee. The service we received was fast and efficient. The nice lady that helped us at the counter was very friendly with a great smile. The Ambiance inside is super clean and highly recommend these cakes for your party needs.

Bundt cakes are always a simple and tasty go-to for any occasion. Work? Check. Party? Check. They have a variety of flavors for just about everyone. My wife mentioned they had a limited time resess pieces flavor and wanted to try it so I decided to snag one on the way home. Plot twist, They had two reeses flavors, and using simple but efficient man math, I grabbed both since I had no idea which she meant. Prices are a little pricey, $7.00 for a mini bundt cake is cray. I remember the good ole days when I could get 7 tacos for that. Ah well. Recess chocolate peanut butter. 5 stars! Not too sweet, bundt cake had small morsels of chocolate and reeses in it , topped with frosting and peanut butter. Bomb!! The reeses bundt cake, had reeses pieces on top, and in the center of the cake. I missed the little crunch of the pieces, having them in whole made them cold and the shell got soggy. It was also a little too sweet. I would give it a 3 star.

I love this place ! I see a couple of complaints about guest not being able to redeem their Free birthday Bundtlet and blaming the staff. There are policies they have to follow and there are terms and conditions on the Email they received to redeem said free item. Want Your free item? Simply follow those terms and conditions. Bring in actual email with Your I.D and boom! You get YOUR free bundlet. Of course you have to be present to redeem your own item because it's a gift from Nothing bundtcakes to you ! I get mine every year!!! It's a cake walk

We come here frequently. We've been customers...LOYAL CUSTOMERS for years. Today we went to pick up my sons birthday cake. Since it was my sons birthday, we also attempted to get the free birthday bundtlet using the email they sent us. They denied us. WHY? Because my son didn't have an ID on him to prove it was his birthday. We were there picking up HIS birthday cake with decorations & candles, over $60. TOTALLY REDICULOUS! WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS STORE. Support your local businesses? Not when your treated like this. I hope this place closes down permanently. Also, if anyone hasn't noticed, their bundtlets have gotten smaller. I will spread my negative reviews of this place to whoever, whenever. Treat your customers like theyre trying to scam you over for a $7 bundtlet? I hope you close for business for good!

I have the email that gets you a free mini bundlet once an I.D. is shown. My friend facetimed me and I proceeded to show the I.D. and Jonette was working the pick up orders denied it because it has to be the birthday person picking it up. We live 2 1/2 hours away, I order a cake from them often, and yet they couldn't make that exception for one little cake? That is very disappointing and inconvenient. I spent so much money of them and to only be treated in such a manner is very sad. They've lost loyal customer.

The servers have an attitude problem at this location. I was trying to use a coupon which they had offered me for filling out the survey and the server Joana, kept asking for more information, asking to see the “original” email with the coupon instead of the screenshot. I felt targeted, and humiliated in front of the all customer. Despite having the coupon and everything correct, I left because of the questioning. Will never visit this franchise again!

The best in Bakersfield and throughout. With a variety of flavors and butter cream high quality te te texture, it is not surprising that this is the best that the Central Valley has to offer. Mix in the excellent customer service and high quality of ingredients, this has become a staple. Expect this to continue to flourish and expand as a franchise. Get in on this ground floor opportunity if you're thinking about business ownership. This is an outstanding venture, and I say this specific as a consumer of this very fine product.
I ordered a cake pretty late in the day on Thursday the 14th for a pick up on December 15th. It was busy and there was some technical issues, I also wanted to make a last minute change on top of that. The ladies were so kind and helpful. Both the cashier and the decorator. Really their customer service was above and beyond. I rarely leave reviews, but it was such a great experience even during the crazy holidays which is rare. My daughter loved the cake as well :)
