My initial meeting with Chef Nate and Dora was simply amazing - we felt his passion for what he and the team does in every bite. Their tasting experience was by far the best and with their amazing customer service, they whole process went smoothly! The best part was the surprise of being served our meal with a special presentation at our table......it was incredible!! Highly recommend NV!!!!

The tasting experience was also a highlight; the variety of options was incredible, and the portions were more than generous, truly the size of a full meal. I hired their team for the NV experience which is more of their private events. I didn’t hire their catering side. I celebrated my birthday party at my home and they did such an amazing job! With any elegant plate of food, I'm always concerned if it'll be food leaving me still hungry. Not here. It was a generous amount of deliciously cooked and plated food. They not only left me wowed, but my guests as well. Even the freshly made bread rolls kept my guests wanting more! They worked with me on the menu, did a walk through of my home weeks prior to my event to get the best idea of the flow, brought in a good amount of staff to handle my intimate party of 15 and took care of every single moment from bar tending and passed hors d'oeuvres, to clean up...they created everything I had imagined for my party. And on top of their service, the food was amazing. Not a single hiccup throughout the night. And if there was one in the background, they handled it well because I wouldn't have known. Highly recommend Chef Nate and his team.

Chef Nate and the NV Catering staff exceeded expectations. From the first inquiry call to the end of the event, Chef Nate and his team were outstanding. We hosted a private open house for our new business location and not only did we want to highlight our beautiful new building, but also show our 170 guests how much we appreciated them. Chef Nate really listened to us and came up with a menu that was not only delicious to eat, but incredible to the eyes. There was definitely a wow factor. The wait staff was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job bringing trays around to our guests and cleaning up as they went. Chef Nate kept the food table full and beautiful. Really can't say enough about how wonderful the food and service was.
