I had a terrible experience at this cafe
I attempted to dine with my legally permitted support animal, but the manager was completely unprofessional, rude, and uninformed about the law
He refused to seat me and illegally demanded documentation which he is not allowed to do. By law he can only ask what tasks the service animal is trained to perform, yet he insisted on proof he had no right to request
Instead of handling the situation professionally he was dismissive and disrespectful. It’s disappointing to see a business operating with such a lack of knowledge and customer service. If you value inclusivity, professionalism and a welcoming atmosphere I do not recommend this place.

O Ramen is easily the best ramen spot in town, and it’s always worth the wait. The Chicken Shoyu Ramen is my go-to—perfectly rich broth with tender chicken, and the add-ins like corn (obviously 📸) and a soft-boiled egg really take it to the next level. Their spicy chicken gyoza is the perfect appetizer, with the right amount of heat and crunch. I also highly recommend ordering a cup of hot tea—it’s the perfect pairing to complement the meal. If it’s too busy, ordering to-go is a great option, and it’ll still be hot and fresh when you get home. Whether you're dining in or picking up, O Ramen delivers every time!

Great food options and very nice staff. Would definitely be visiting again but hope next time staff doesn’t stand there staring at me and others while eating. Just a personal preference.

Walking in has a welcoming atmosphere. There's even a display case at the entrance with figurines inside. The waitress was kind, courteous and friendly. Food was really good and hardy.

We had gotten pork broth ramen to go, tasted more like miso soup, no flavor very disappointed since I thought it would be good based off reviews, waste of money try Kopan Ramen when near it much better and what a pork broth should taste like after 16 hrs of cooking.
At busier times, it may take a bit to get seated (they are that good). Service is always great, seated, and drinks given within minutes. Apps were ordered and brought out quickly.
Food always tastes fresh and well made. It never fails in being delicious here. I haven't had anything off the menu that I didn't like.

Worst tsukemen I had ever.
Assuming the chef is not japanese nor has ever been to Japan, a quick google or wikipedia search would have revealed what Tsukemen is.
Tsukemen noodles are generally thick and served cold, here they were ramen noodles server at room temperature.
Tsukemen broth is ALWAYS, dense, specifically so you can dip your noodles, here it was just regular ramen broth.
The chashu was average, the egg overly done, and the overall flavour of this disassembled ramen, was average at best.
I do not recommend this place, but I vividly recommend the chef to buy a japanese cuisine book.

Overpriced & Mediocre!!!!!!!!!
If the way this place looked tasted exactly the same I would say this place is amazing, sadly it does not!!!!!
1. I ordered the tantanem ramen spicy. And it was super spicy which is amazing(word of caution it has chili oil sauce) but there was an off taste to the broth as well the piece of pork you get with the ramen is so tiny! The pork isn’t grilled either to give it a better taste. For how expensive this ramen is I expected more.
2. The shrimp tempura is more batter than shrimp. Too thick in batter I might as well just get a bowel of batter and eat that instead 🫠
3. I then ordered the salmon bento box and it was just as disappointing. They give way more vegetables than anything. And just the bento box alone was $23!
The salmon alone was delicious, but I do dislike that they give you the salad with ranch and not Asian sesame sauce for the salad. You get steamed vegetables and just a whole divider with shredded cabbage 🫠 if I was vegetarian this would be amazing but honestly very poor in taste and look.
4. The drinks are expensive $4 for a tea! You get refills but other places don’t even charge as much and you get free refills.
Hence, never coming back here . Aesthetic is beautiful but I wish the food matched the level of the aesthetic.

Tonkatsu ramen was very good. Broth was light for being tonkatsu 👌 no pics cause it went away quickly 😋
Id only recommend getting a tablet and blue tooth speaker. Its so quiet in there you can hear everyone chewing and talking quietly.

First time there and the Tonkotsu Ramen was incredible! The veggitarian broth itself was delicious and that marinated egg was awesome! Our server was wonderful and her desert recommendation of the tempura cheesecake and green tea ice cream just brought everything together really well. Definetly going back!
