I thought the waiter and waitresses were friendly. They have a wall honoring fallen soldiers which I really respected. The soda was nice and carbonated. The bread was warm with fresh sweet butter. The loaded fries were Luke warm that had little cheese and other condiments on them. The ranch was good. Our chicken chopped salad had lettuce that wasn't fresh. My daughter liked her burger and onion rings but they were cold. I think they need to make some minor changes to turn into a five star restaurant . To me , temperature is a big deal. Food should be served right away when it gets off of stove. Lettuce needs to be chopped from a fresh one.

We stopped in for a late lunch about 2:00. My chicken caesar salad, although tasty, had way too much salad dressing. I will remember to ask for the dressing on the side next time. I understand playing country music here but a better selection would be encouraged. Too many whiny country male songs. We sat in the lounge area near the bar and the one bartender was serving her area as well as our. It was apparent by the wait time to order, wait time to deliver, and wait time to get a check that it was too much for one person. I'm suspecting the manager has cut labor to a point that it's now impacting service. I'm sure dinner services better.

People are warm and friendly. That's all I can say the rest was very disappointing. Their house salad was mostly iceberg lettuce. I was looking forward to the stake the sauce was Spectacular. But my first bite I cut into it and took a big bite and realized that whoever cut this piece of meat didn't know what they were doing. This was ironic because they bragged that they had hand-cut steaks on the menu. My wife complained that she had gristle in her filet mignon as well. Well after Re-cutting up my steak and removing the edge and middle. I had a wonderful piece of meat that was cooked to perfection and tasted great. Their mashed potatoes are surprisingly outstanding. Then came the bill and I realized that they Charged me one dollar extra per dish, and also charged $3.59 for Diet Coke times 2 so we spent probably $10 more than we should have for the mail. I have two suggestions you will make sure your waitresses know how to add and subtract and make sure the person who cuts the meat knows how to cut meat. At least I know why I got in so quickly on a Friday night. 3/8/24

Although the service was good my 10oz prime rib was a major disappointment. I ordered it medium but it was more rare with blood on the plate and had absolutely no favor. It was also cold. I asked our waiter to have the cook do it more medium. He brought it back after the cook just laid it on the grill on one side. The other side was not cooked any more than before. There was no seasoning on the edge to add any flavor to the cut. The meat also had a not fresh taste. This cut priced at $28.99 is not one I will repeat. My friend had the salmon and is was so salty she would not eat it. We brought it home to feed to the cat. Have to make sure plenty of water is available for the cat.

It was our first time here and had been wanting to try it for some time now but the service was unfortunately not good our waitress was kind but she wasn't really checking in on us but we seen she was checking other tables surrounding us, she failed to bring us our drink or sauces we asked for. Then I received a spoon in my ceasar salad. Yes, a SPOON. It sucked because I was eating it until I bumped into it, and then we couldn't get anyone's attention. It felt intentional, but we didn't want to assume that. Finally, a guy brought our food out when we told him we had received a spoon in the salad, and he was in shock and proceeded to ask me if I wanted another? To which I replied, " yes ofcoarse" it's practically new. They brought our burgers out and forgot to add the bacon on my husband's burger where we realized we weren't getting anything we were asking for we just told them we didn't want the food anymore and since we hadn't touched it, we weren't going to pay for it. So we just ended up paying for our appetizer and my daughters meal. The lady mentioned they "where" going to take care of it, but we had already paid. Anyways, the audacity to be asked for a tip after we obviously had a bad experience was the cherry on top. Won't be going here again. Bad attitude. Bad service.

All in all won’t be coming back here now I’m waiting for over 5 mins to pay my Bill this is ridiculous. I will never waste my money at this establishment again!
