Our waiter Bernie provided great customer service. We had a wonderful family dinner.
Kid-friendliness: We had a toddler with us, celebrating his birthday. We sang happy birthday and our waiter Bernie brought out bubbles and a lil slice of cake with a candle.

It was a perfect 67° outside, but we walked into the restaurant, and it was at least 80°. I almost walked out immediately. We were then seated right next to a dirty table, which didn't end up getting cleaned until we were leaving. It was not busy at all, lots of employees standing around. Most of the food was good, just way overpriced, especially for the small portions. Wasn't impressed with the salad. It was a small pile of ice berg lettuce with dressing and wonton strips. Our waiter was also not very attentive. I don't understand the hype and probably won't be back.

I recently visited P.F. Chang’s for the first time and while the food was decent, I felt it was overpriced for what we got. We ordered two orange chickens, but they came as just the entrée without any sides, so we had to purchase the lo mein separately for an extra $5. The orange chicken itself was good, but nothing exceptional. The pork dumplings, however, were disappointing in flavor and texture.
For the price of $80.75, I expected a more satisfying meal. In comparison, places like Panda Express or other local Chinese restaurants offer similar (if not better) flavors at a much lower price, with sides included. While the atmosphere and service were nice, I don’t think the quality of the food justifies the high cost. I’d likely choose another spot next time for better value.

Intermittently my wife and I have been going here for 20 years and have always had a pleasant experience. This time, we were there to witness the harsh realities of the food service industry-the quality of the food. Despite the restaurant being at 50% capacity, the food was lukewarm. Now I.am safe to assume that many people feel if the food is lukewarm, it will trump the taste. The fried rice was the lowlight, mushy and of course...lukewarm. The service was very good, and the atmosphere, though dated, was suitable enough. However, if the food is mediocre, the whole experience is found to be...lacking. Maybe it is better during lunch time...but my wife will be willing to take that risk more than me.
