The pan dulce is delicious. Moist and tasty. They also have the best bolillo in town. It is soft and they are almost twice as big as the bolillo at Vallarta or Superior.

I had the unfortunate experience of trying bread from this place. The bread was dry and hard, and you can tell the baker uses poor quality ingredients. The bread is flavorless and even the presentation is bad!! It's hard to find a bakery that uses quality ingredients but I'm sure people who continue to support this bakery are used to mediocrity.
Some of the best pan dulce in Bakersfield, if not the best I've had. No one else comes close. Very well priced.
