I just ordered almost a $100 worth of food here and I just rather get my money back! I love the Honey Walnut Shrimp so it was so disappointing to bite into my food that did not taste like Honey Walnut Shrimp at all! The rest of the food tasted so old and it was a waste of money! I ordered 3 bigger plates so they would fill up one of the entree side with rice and top it with a bit of entree! I work hard for money and this place just robbed me of my money and I am not happy about it! We know never to order or recommend this Panda location at all!

Loved the walnut shrimp and half fried rice and half chow mein bowl and the new apple pie egg rolls so good, customer service was rude, one of the lady’s literally took her break in the middle of making my order then totally forgot to add my meal to pay so we had to go back to get and pay for mine, kinda rude, how about take your break after your finished with your customer not the middle of them

So…I waited in the drive thru for 23 minutes (once you’re in, you’re trapped). Ordered and was told no steamed rice for another 2-3 hours. Not the first time for this low service and food and to be fair my expectations are low going into Panda to begin with. I guess this is the new norm for this location.

Used the drive thru at approx 8:50pm, ordered a bowl half chow mein, half rice & an order of spring rolls, No offer if utensils, no napkins given , no fortune cookie but the real problem was that the noodles & rice were barely warm, tasted dry, definitely not at all fresh, & the shrimp was not hot either. Worst case of DT food .
Food was nasty & cold… Gave me more vegetables than meat.. Stingy with their portions too… Horrible… DONT COME HERE !!

I asked for sauce specifically many times because you guys always DON'T PUT IT. I asked the cashier and others 3 tjmes yo make sure I have sauces I asked for the rice. I come back home to find out they NEVER put my sauces. At this point you ruined my experience. So I'll say that your EMPLOYEES are RETARDED. Yes I have that right. Bye.
