I had an issue with an item missing.. I called and the manager was incredibly helpful and offered to make it right. I came in the next day and was looked after by the staff. Would recommend.
Bought 2 orders of Cheese Rangoon only received 5 pieces insyead of 6 & tasted stale

We went here for lunch. The service was horrible. We waiting at the front of the line while the worker walked around and didn't even acknowledge we were there.when she decided to come and take our order, we asked for Brown rice which in on the menu and available at all other Panada's l, she informed us that they don't have it at their store or the mixed veggies. So we got white rice. We then asked for our entress and almost everything had a 15 minute wait. I could understand this, but there was no line before us and it 12pm and almost everything was empty and clean which means they haven't even made it for the day. I would highly recommend going to another location.

I went in today on my lunch and the guy that took my order was clearly unhappy to be there. He had the most annoyed look on his fast mind you i was getting doughnuts from a diff establishment first across the way and there was no long line at panda or many customers at all for 30 minutes i spent before going. Then as i was clearly just trying to grab my card out of my money clip he got annoyed and raised his voice at me cause i didnt go to the correct card reader when my card wasn't even out yet! Like bro if you dont wanna work there then quit. Dude straight acted like it came out his paycheck! I was literally the only customer there so I don't see the reason for his attitude. I also must add that 20 minutes after eating I ended up getting food poisoning. So either someone isn't washing their hands or they're serving stuff in unclean containers. Either way I don't recommend going here even if you're starving and its the only place open.

I was really hungry after walking around the mall so i got some Panda Express to be specific i got walnut honey shrimp and fried rice.The rice was under done and the shrimp was very meh i spent 11$ for food that didn't even taste good and my fortune cookie didn't even have a fortune.I would not recommend this place.
