I asked for small pieces on the comments option when ordering online and I wasnt sure if they ever really read it but omg they do. The server was even sweet enough to write it on my plate. I always order from here and they always get my order right and none of the workers are mean or rude. 10/10 service ☺️

Wouldn't even bother showing up after 9:30, they won't cook anything for you. During the day they're great but night shift is lazy and rude. If you get there after 9:30 the food you're getting has been sitting around.

This is the worst Panda in Bakersfield. The staff is rude and the food is horrible. They gave me chow mein with ALL vegetables and no noodles and 5...FIVE....pieces of sweet and fire and a small amount of the orange chicken. This is why I have only been to this place 4 times. Only once have I had a good experience ans the rest has made me want to never come back....I will continue to go to the one by Amazon. It's worth the drive.

I don't come across a Panda very often but when I do it's mandatory that I stop. Ngl the orange chicken was a disappointment. I was served two servings of bean-sized pieces of orange chicken (mostly batter). It was hard to chew, half the pieces were beyond a human jaws ability. My dog freaking loved it.
Also, I think that Panda ending the saucing of their teriyaki chicken is a fail. I asked why they stopped putting teriyaki sauce on the teriyaki chicken and I was told that it was because of Covid... 🤷
One more thing, I would add more egg to the fried rice. I search high and I search low, only to find one or two little pieces. The fried rice + egg + chili sauce + orange chicken in one bite can be magical.
All that being said, I am on a bit of a Vons meatloaf run right now so I don't see a lot of Panda in my future.

Payed almost $40 for food and plates had no food In them. They didnt help either.
Love the atmosphere ma cashier Yaneth could use a refresher course on customer service. They had a customer standing in the middle waitin to order but no one informed her where the line started she had to ask me.
