I want to Chinese food on Mount Vernon last night that we order six orders. The plates were half full. The food was not like we asked them. The entrance were all wrong. We have to call the staff to come to the car to check and she still brought them wrong we have to go inside. We showed the servants to them and they told me that those were the right servants like I have a plate for one order in my opinion is not worth it to go back there anymore. Thank you.

I still haven't recieved a refund i have called and spoke with multiple people the manager Abby (horrible customer serivice) says she can't help me this is absolutely ridiculous as it was the stores fault they had my ticket on the box but someone else's food in the box but the store refuses a refund I won't be ordering from this store again.

They are very quick with taking your orders, getting your food and they give you a pet good amount. I always get the PLATE with 2 sides, Mushroom Chicken.. Teriyaki Chicken & Fried Rice. Those are my 3 favorites along with the Mandarin Sauce 😋🔥💯. Oh my gawd so delicious! I give them a 10 outta 10 👌

Our orginal Chinese take out spot wasn't open for another hour so I decided to come to Panda Express. The guy taking my order was cool dude. I told my wife that I've had the Fried Rice from Panda Express but that was in a completely different city and it was actually good. Not so much this time. They made a new batch of Chow Mein and Fried Rice. Thinking it be pretty good, I was completely wrong and embarrassed. The rice was basically white and bland and the chow mein was also dry and bland. Totally ruined dinner. I ordered on Monday November 10th at around 10:45 am or so. Something else that stood out was that the lady doing the drive thru orders, has lots of makeup and a tattoo of a ribbon on the back of her arm, as she prepared someone's chow mein, with the hand she grabs money and cards with, she grabbed whatever chow mein was dangling and put it into the To-go dish. I can honestly say I will never return to this establishment.
