The honey walnut shrimp was amazing & Marisa in the drive thru has amazing customer service. It is always nice to get service with a smile.

They love to give out food that has been sitting for idk how long. It’s so often that the food is super soggy, and it’s the most disgusting thing ever. I can never trust this location to hit the spot. They need to either get it together or close at this point.
So i understand it was late when i ordered this and almost close to closing time but ive never ordered Chicken and String beans unsure if this is what it’s suppose to look like it was pretty Bland and so was the Broccoli with Beef no flavor broccoli was pretty hard I preferred kung Pao Chicken but they didn’t have any available. Overall service was good but food not so much.

I come for an online order and there is no sign stating that there is a designated online pickup location in the store .. The ladies are extremely rude here every time I come they just look and stare at you , No hi or anything, then when I go to the order counter I get told “oh go to the cashier she will help you” after waiting 10min in line .. then I go to the cashier and you have angry “Martha and Julio and there 8 kids and a Karen” I had to cut in front of , then I still had to wait, all the time my food being cold on the counter.. Get. SIGN , Not that hard to buy one … horrible location I’ll be going to the one near my house which is the one on Panama lane I only work in the east side ..
